I tried so hard not to go here but my wife was feeling the cheese burger pizza, my wife coerced me too and I’m so happy she did. We actually did an app order on new year’s eve and they had everything ready on the dot. I can not complain everything was ready and hot at pick up. The employee’s were up to asking if I needed help or if I have been helped. Customer service was on point, I would love to come back and order the cheese burger pizza again. Thanks for your great service!

I’m giving one star because it wouldn’t allow me to give zero. I ordered Thursday night at 940. By 1040 I still didn’t have food. I checked the pizza tracker to find that I was 3 minutes away from having my pizza out for delivery for 30 minutes. I could to see what the hold up was, and was told that the delivery driver had 4 other orders that went out with mine. I stated that at this point it had been out for delivery for 33 minutes and I no longer wanted the food as it would be cold. The guy I spoke to asked me to hold. He put some very rude lady who claimed to be the manager on the phone who was more interested in arguing with me about what time it was, apparently their clocks are 5 minutes behind actual time, when I told her that I no longer wished to have the food and would like a refund she tried to argue with me about delivery times, of which I already know, 25 – 35 minutes. I let her know that if I wanted cold pizza I’d have ordered pizza Hut. She rudely told me to expect my refund within 7 – 10 days. I decided to head down to just grab burgers, about 10 minutes after the call. As I’m walking out of my house the driver finally showed up and basically blocked me in my house as she wanted to know why I didn’t want my food. Worst experience ever.

The pizza online ordering was convenient and the taste of the food was fine, but unfortunately both myself and my fiancé got sick the night after eating Domino’s pizza. We’ve learned our lesson — we won’t be lazy or try being that cheap again when there is Costco pizza or Pizza Schmizza so close by. The prices here are rock bottom, but with that came the food quality…

Worst customer service yet. Ordered 3 pep. Pizzas, bread bites, and the marble brownie. Order took 30 minutes, opened the pizza boxes and all three were cheese. Called the dominos and told them what happened and he told us it’d be 45 minutes or a refund because there are now 10 orders ahead of us. We explained it wasn’t our mistake and we would like to be placed higher on the list. He refused and said that it wasn’t their fault. Worst dominos I’ve dealt with yet.

I wanted to give 2.5 because these guys are confusing me. About 6 months ago I would have given a brilliant review, the pizza was so tasty, really fresh and was exactly what I wanted when I ordered it. I think a lot of this had to do with the rebranding, now we have calmed down a bit and everything has gone backwards. The last two times the pizza was … odd… yep that is the only word to describe it. It was unpleasant tasting, the topping didn’t cover the pizza and two of the boxes had been smushed to the point that the cheese was no longer on the pizza but now on the lid. OMG, maybe that was the point, maybe the lid and cheese would have been an improvement? I am a simpleton. It is sad because we had started a pizza night so they were getting my business regularly but we haven’t ordered in a month because I am afraid we will go hungry.

I have ordered from this location over the last 10 years. We usually order the carryout special and our family usually enjoy it over the years. Up until last year, they stop giving out paper plates, they said it is only for dine-in customers only. Okay no big deal it’s not the end of the world. But then recently they are starting to charge for the grated Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper packages that used to be free but not anymore. They even go further by scaled back on the ingredients and the toppings on the pizza. There was less toppings less cheese less sauce, tasted mostly bread dough. I guess you get what you pay for because the carryout special usually low price. I doubt it if we will ever want to do business in the future from this location or any dominos locations. We will have to start look for a different franchise to order pizza next time. Perhaps better yet we should just stick with Costco pizza as its offers twice the size twice the topping and more cheese they also give free plates cheese and pepper packages all for $ 9.99. I would not recommend Domino’s pizza.

An absolutely horrid experience. Their cold pizza was not as bad as the total lack of customer service. I will never order from this store ever again.

Worst pizza ever my grandson and I both got sick on their pepperoni large pizza. It took an hour to get it and it was cold I called back but they refused to refund my money and take the pizza back we could not eat. All they said was sorry we will credit you another pizza. Not what I ever wanted again from them. Excuse was their computers were down all day and pizzas are stacked up. Gross

The service is excellent and has always been on time. We love the online ordering app it is a life saver on the nights that I don’t want to cook for a lack of time.

5 pieces of tasteless salami on a medium pizza — ridiculous and cheap and disgusting. Haven’t had dominos for 5 years until now and I remember why now. Waste of time money and effort. Lost me as a customer forever. Wish I could give zero stars. There were 5 paper thin slices(so thin they were transparent when held up to light). Just cheap cheap and insulting.

I’ve ordered from this location quite a few times in the past(as they are just a few blocks away from my office). I’ve order for clients, my staff and for myself along the way. Unfortunately how a situation happened today has made me seriously rethink if I will ever do future business with this location. What appears to have had a simple resolution has been turned into a much bigger ordeal based on how it’s been responded to(when everything could have easily been defused and taken care of). I had a client coming in & I wanted to order lunch(note: I’m 2 – 3 blocks from the Domino’s location). I put the order in online & one of the items was a chicken caesar salad. Within a minute or two I called the store to request no cheese on the salad due to dietary restrictions for my client. The male who answered the phone wasn’t the most«customer friendly» or «warm» but simply responded the salads are pre-made and they weren’t able to do it. Ok, not the end of the world. So I asked if there was a way to order the side/garden salad and have a side of chicken added to the order. Again he repeated the salads were pre-made(yes, I get that, but a side of chicken could have EASILY been placed in a separate container & delivered with the rest of the order & my client could have put the chicken on the salad after opening the pre-made packaging). I let the guy know my client would be here within 30 minutes and now I’m left scrambling to try and do something else. So I requested my order be cancelled. He stated it was and I requested to have something in writing sent to me(email, fax, in person… carrier pigeon, etc.) He stated I could come into the restaurant and pick something up. Wait, huh? So due to having to cancel an order because of the inability to customize a salad I have to come to your location to pick up proof of cancellation since my debit card was charged in the online ordering process? I asked to speak to a manager. I spoke w/Rikki who picked up the phone & even before introducing herself stated the same thing. There was NO thinking outside the box, no interest in trying to take care of a pretty basic issue, no offer to fax a copy of the item to me, no offer(since I’m just a couple of blocks away) for a driver on a return trip from a delivery to drop it by — nothing. I mentioned I was going to reach out to the corporate office & she began to laugh stating«that’s fine, they will tell you the same thing», then she hung up.(Did someone miss some training on basic customer service skills? Even a basic apology for the inconvenience?) Later I did speak with a wonderful lady at the corp. office who apologized & was incredibly friendly. She did state this was a franchise owned location & would have to refer it back to the franchise but assured me someone would be in contact. Several hours later I got the opportunity to speak w/Megan. VERY nice person, but not sure her ability to weigh the potential of future lost revenue was quite there. Here’s a local business that has done a multitude of repeat orders in the past. Megan stood her ground indicating she would be happy to hold onto the receipt for as long as needed and I could come pick it up at their store. The reasoning? Because they made zero revenue off of the transaction that was cancelled.(Hmmm, WHY was there zero revenue made? Because of the inability of the first guy and Rikki to realize they could put a side of chicken in a separate container to deliver with a salad AND still have the rest of the order«as is» from the online order. VERY basic problem solving). The excuse provided by Megan on not having a driver on a return trip from a delivery drop the cancellation receipt by was«we will get in trouble and it might hurt our ‘star’ ratings which may result in lost revenue down the road». Uh, Megan, I’ve read the reviews on this location & I’m pretty sure when mistakes have been made on orders drivers have returned to those locations, or free food/product, has been offered to these customers to retain their future business. I’m not looking for free food, I simply want the cancellation receipt. The only reason the order was cancelled was due to the inability 2 employees had on solving a basic issue. Now you run the risk as a franchise location to lose the future business of a repeat customer for an office with 15 people? Really? They get 2 stars vs. 1 because I DO believe Megan is a very nice person(she just lacked the ability on our call to weigh the question«is this worth it» on what was a reasonable request).

Got robbed, pretty much: Experienced a true situation where the delivery guy stole money for himself. My delivery order was $ 20.69 and the guy gave me my food and said it was«$ 21.69», being the trusting person I am, I gave him more money with a two dollar tip. He ran off and didn’t give me a receipt, ask if I needed change nor did he look me in the eye. Ran off and jumped in his car. I called the manager, Megan, and she apologized for the situation. She said no receipts are needed for cash, which I disagree, but she put in a free pizza under my name. I appreciated the gesture but I don’t know if she’ll handle the real situation which is making sure that guy doesn’t do that again.

2÷19÷15 Update: Megan is a MONSTER! That girl NEVERSLEEPS! SHEROCKS!!! Go home once in a while girl! LOL I can’t say a bad word about this place. The ONLY«bad» thing these guys have done to me in 8 years of ordering delivery from them is they forgot the extra sauces one time. Not only did they send the guy back out on his next trip out, but they comped me a medium two topping pizza for my trouble. You can trust this place. The staff is nice, the food is hot and the service is fast.

Amazing customer service. Domino’s as a whole has improved a lot, without overcharging for their product. I love ordering from this Domino’s in particular. The service is always quick and the food delicious. We have pizza night at least once every other week for about a year now, and only twice have they forgotten to bring a side we’ve ordered. Both of these times, the drivers were very apologetic and came back shortly after with 2 of the same item that was forgotten! Not sure if anybody has had as bad luck as we have in the Hillsboro area with fast food, but so far, Domino’s has been the only place we’ve been able to count on to get our orders right.

My experience with this Domino’s is a couple months old but I do feel that is deserving of a review. I ordered a pizza, wings and a side salad during the the snow storm in Feb 2014. I typically order from a top pizza competitor but they were not delivering due to the snow. I wasn’t expecting speedy delivery, I was really just happy that someone was open and willing to deliver. I was advised it would be about 40 – 50 minutes for delivery, which is the typical amount of time I wait when it’s not snowing. I received a call around the 40 minute mark from the manager of the store stating my delivery driver was held up with a delivery and would need to run back to the store for them to remake my order and it would be another 40 minutes or so. First off, I can appreciate that they proactively called me to let me know my order was going to be late. I have waited in excess of 2 hours waiting for pizza before with NOCALL so this was certainly a nice gesture It was also nice to know I was not going to be receiving an ice cold pizza and warm salad. They comped my pizza and offered to add something else on for me free of charge. Super nice. Who really does that?! I was shocked but in a good way. Overall, Domino’s isn’t usually my first choice for pizza due to taste preference but the customer service I received was excellent so I will continue to order from them.

Well, f**k this place. Ordered online for carry out, order went through and said«ready for pickup». Got to the store only to have a rude employee tell me they canceled my order and«should have called me» to tell me. But, they did not and wouldn’t help me out at all. Never, ever again. Will be calling management tomorrow about this incident.

I ordered the chicken alfredo and it was good! I like that they deliver because it’s convenient to order online and have them delivered. They were a littlw late but compensated with a free lava cake. I would most likely order from them again.

We always get pizza here, and have consistently good experiences– Domino’s has really improved their product in the last couple of years. Tonight I went to grab some for carryout, and got home only to discover that I had gotten the wrong one. But! I am a huge believer that it’s all about how a business handles a mistake(not the mistake itself) that matters– and when I called to explain the problem, I was given several good options, and ultimately ended up with a freshly made pizza being delivered quickly at no charge. Their manager had a great attitude, and we’re enjoying our pizza as we speak– they even gave us the extra, so the first one served as a way to tide the hungry boyfriend over. Thanks for still believing in customer service– it’s a dying art!

So last night I got on Domino’s website at 6:00, and at 6:45 was still struggling to get our order to go through. Now granted, our computer is a little slow(It’s hubby’s virus software), but also they don’t make ordering too easy… if you use the coupon deals and then add a pizza that’s not part of that deal the prices change… it takes some finesse and effort to get your order right for what you’re willing to eat and pay for.(I really don’t want to spend more than $ 40 on three pizzas, which I think is reasonable, no?) At 6:45 I hit«send» and it said«oops, just this once you’re going to have to call because there is a problem.» My order disappeared into space! GRRRRRRRRRRRR. I didn’t call them. I quit. I briefly pondered calling Bellagios(no, can’t do it) and then logged onto Pizza Hut’s easier faster website and ordered pizza from them, done at 7:00. At 7:15 I checked e mail to see what Pizza Hut had to say, and Domino’s told me my order was coming at 7:20. This is after it disappeared, totally. UGH. Scramble for cash ensued. Too late to call Pizza Hut, and really I was embarrassed. 7:20 our Domino’s arrived. 8:00 our Pizza Hut arrived. It’s an impromptu taste test, folks! The Verdict? The Pizza Hut pizza was cold and crappy, honestly. Not good. Not yummy. The Domino’s? Well, I have told you I liked the Pacific Northwest Veggie previously(thin crust with peppers, feta, spinach, olives, parmesan, tomatoes… mmm). We also got two of their flatbread pizzas, Chicken Carbonara and Spinach feta. They were really surprisingly delicious, a little greasy but hot and tasty. My kid liked her Hawaiian(pineapple, cheddar, canadian bacon, light sauce) just fine. We have way way too much leftover pizza in our fridge, but notably, most of it is the Pizza Hut. i wish I knew what to do with it. I doubt we will eat it. We all think Domino’s upped it’s game and has made improvements that we find mildly shocking… it’s actually pretty decent. I won’t say it’s the stuff we got in Rome, but it beats most of the pizza we can get delivered in our neighborhood at this point.
