I like Old Chicago. They do it right. Another impromptu end of the weekend meal– we spent the day taking apart/cleaning/reassembling the house. The last thing I wanted to do was mess it up. Time for pizza as a reward and escape! Great service, super fast food, delicious and well prepared. All of the specifications were made, and the quality was high. I had the beer crafted burger. Wow. Definitely didn’t take a breath– too good to put down. The pizza met rave reviews from the rest of the group, and there wasn’t a slice leftover. Good sign! Definitely will be back.

My friend and I LOVE this place! Happy Hour is the best ever, so many good choices for food and drinks. We shared a personal sized pizza(only 4 bucks!), jalapeño pretzel with cheese sauce, and fried mac n cheese. We had plenty of leftovers to take home and speedy service! Can’t wait to go back again.

We ordered carryout on a Monday evening. I called ahead in the car and we each ordered by speaking directly with the lady. We ordered one meat calzone and one Mediterranean dinner salad. Ran in & picked it up, got home and unloaded 2 calzones, one meat & one cheese and a chicken breast over a few pieces of lettuce — not enough for a meal. So I ate the chicken, was still hungry and threw away the cheese calzone. Not my idea of a decent dinner. It is not hard. It is your business. You don’t need training to communicate one calzone, one salad.

Pepperoni rolls are Delish but service is always slow. The servers don’t make any effort to engage with you. And my last two experiences my server literally dropped our plates on the edge of the table and ran off. Haven’t tried any of their bloody Mary’s, but it’s on my list for a happy hour. Ive also had the fish sandwhich and that was pretty good especially with the tummy garlic fries are good and the garlic fries are amazing.

I ate at this restaurant after 10 years. 10 years back I loved it, but now, 2 recent experiences, both bad. Food is okay, nothing to go back for. First visit, our waitress was horrible. I forgot to note her name or I would have complained in writing. The wait staff, seating staff were all nice. Usual greeting like any other restaurant. Checked on us during the wait time, got seated and then the bad experience started. The waitress/server would just not pay attention or make eye contact. Its not like she was serving 20 tables, there were 2 to 3 servers just around our tables, but this lady would just ignore us no matter how many times we tried to get her attention. She seemed to pay more attention to others, so the only reason that would come to mind is she has something against people who look different than her. Anyway, decided never to go back. But 2nd time, the team wanted to go there for lunch, so decided not to burden with personal experience and go with the team. This time, the server(different one from last time) was awesome! No complains. She was attentive, friendly. The food was not just bad, but they also messed up the order. Ok, it happens, nothing to complain since they said they will fix it. They got the sausage I asked them to remove from the sandwich(kitchen mistake) because the server clearly remembered and when she set the plate in front she said«no sausage» as requested and then I find sausage. So she took it back and said, we get a fresh one made. 5 minutes later, back with the same sandwich with sausage removed and shabbily cheese strings on the plate. okay, accepted that too. I just don’t like sausage not like its forbidden. A few bites in, I find sausage in the fries. Well I am never going back there and I hope neither is my team. They saw what happened and also felt the restaurant doesn’t get it and doesn’t care for the customers. They were already on my black list for bad treatment the first time, but not there are on «no never ever list». Also we went there for lunch at 11:30 am and had to wait 45 min to get lunch for a team of 7. And restaurant was not busy.

Had such amazing service from Alyssa tonight. My friend and I both had a realy bad day and she totally made our night. Even brought us a sampler of a new beer that my friend loved and ordered a 22 of. The only reason I only gave 4 stars was that the huge menu and many pages felt like I needed to read a whole book just to order nachos. plus happy hr vs late night hr was confusing. but all and the service and food where amazing!!!

In all the years I’ve been coming to the same restaurant I have never received bad service until today. I had to ask the waitress Mulan twice for a drink, the only drink we ordered lol. We asked for our bills and she charged my tab $ 20 to my friend who owed $ 9 my friends tab to my card $ 9 for a $ 20 tab. I don’t understand how, but whatever. I love old Chicago, but I won’t be back for a while. Two managers walked by and neither one even acknowledged us and that was a first as well. It was bad service all around. I have never left and not been satisfied before.

Came here 1030 Friday night after driving around and everything was closed or slow and had no signs of life. Great service, good food and pizza. Can’t go wrong for a good meal.

100 beers on tap, club sandwiches are out of this world and the calzones… damn don’t even get me started. Service is OK but the food and beer make up for it. Try the Perfect Moon is the REALDEAL!

Been to this location twice now. If you aren’t a regular you get ignored! Waited over 10 minutes to get a refill on my drink after waitress asked if I wanted more. A manager walked by twice during that time and looked at my empty glass and did nothing! Watched several manager stand around and watch the game while my glass as empty as well… I go to old Chicago in mesa az and they rock. While waiting for my check the waitress stood and talked/bsed with customers about life. Not sure I will ever be back… Sad being I’m in the area for another three weeks.

Delicious! Went on a Thursday evening, and while it was very busy, we only had o wait 5 – 10 minutes for a table. The layout is quite open, and it made for a casual, friendly, and loud dinner. We ordered the cheese curds(delicious and crispy — not as good as Philly’s Cow and the Curd truck, but definitely in the top three), fried pickles(also super delicious and easily in the top ten that we tried), and two Chicago crust, individual pizzas. The crust was awesome. It was not as dense as some of the pizzas I’ve had in Chicago, but rather very flaky and fluffy, which was a welcome change. To go, we got the 6″ cookie(hot and melty and so good) and the cinnamon bun(huge and positively decadent). Also our waitress was very attentive and super sweet, and not only because she carded me for buying a beer even though I’m 30. Seriously good place, and we will be back.

The first time was pretty damn good. Our waitress did her job and took care of us. This second time around was pretty lame. Our waitress could barely be bothered to get us water. She was too busy with a group by the entrance — she was getting drinks and food out to them faster than anyone else. This time around I also had hair in my chicken wings and the garlic fries were pretty much just fries so they should change the name. I liked this place for their beer list but next time I’ll probably just get beer and hope that doesn’t take 2 years to get. I probably shouldn’t blame this location entirely on this waitresses performance so I’ll be back, but it’ll be a while.

We tried this for the first time this weekend, and we will be back! We had such a hard time deciding on meals because Everything sounded good. My family of five, decided to split a pizza, burger, kids plate and app, and it was a perfect amount. Their beer menu is spectacular! I am obsessed with the strawberry ale. Food took some time, but good food always does. Luckily, my husband was watching the game on one of the many TV’s they have, and my teens were playing trivia on one of the other screens. The food was delicious. My little one filled up on fried cheese curd before his meal, so that says something, because this kid is the pickiest eater you will ever meet.

Stopped in here to have a couple of beverages while waiting to meet up with a friend(and to make sure my name was still on the Hall of Foam from when I lived in the area — it was, two tours!) I had not been here for several years, but the place still looked the same. I sat in the bar area, at the end of one of the long tables. My server, Goldie, was personable and friendly, but super slow. She would walk back and forth with one drink, then go get someone a glass of water, then go get someone’s check… not a lot of multi-tasking going on there. The happy hour pricing is good(I had two gin & tonics), but it actually IS an hour — from 5:00 — 6:00, and then again from 10:00-midnight. A little longer happy hour would make me happy.

I would give 5 stars for the lemon Drop! 2 stars for the cheese cake and another 2 starts for the pizza! 5 stars for the waiter, the place is huge and perfect for someone who loves sports TVs everywhere… I might return…

Great beer selection, even for a corporate chain. There were several local & regional beers that I had never had before. The bar bar staff extremely knowledgeable about beer & that surprised me more than anything else. The food can be a bit over-the-top so unless you’re super hungry, opt for the smaller option, you’ll thank me later. As for smaller options, they have a great happy hour from 3 – 6&10-close every day. Great beer, great prices & great food.

This place is usually great but this time we are not too pleased with our experience! It’s 4:15 pm on a Thursday and they are out of spaghetti pie!!! That is the whole reason we came here! 2 of the four people ordered that!

Came for the first time for the late night specials. We had u-pick drinks($ 5) and the tasty bites were $ 2 each. We had the ravioli(delicious, crispy, similar to mozzarella sticks), pretzel bites(little kick of jalapeño) served with cheese, and Jamaican jerk seasoned fries(highly recommend if you like a little spicy). Great service by Danny. He checked in with us constantly and also let us know when his shift was over and that our table was getting a new server. He gave good recommendations. No complaints from this experience — therefore, this place gets 5 stars. Especially for their deals. They have a happy hour too. Photos posted for the late night specials and happy hour deals for this location, so I didn’t bother to take/add more to the gallery.

It’s alright, the service is so slowwwwww, I feel as though they almost pride themselves on it! As for food, it’s just like any other chain restaurant, nothing too impressive. They need to work on getting that food out faster.
