My wife and I signed a year lease (minimum lease in OR). Ever since the second month the property manager has been harassing us. He is stating we have pets we don’t have, smoke when neither of us do, and now he’s trying to say we have a six month lease instead of of a year. He’s trying to extort money from us and he has already driven out couple of tenets. Micheal Colwell makes the already old apartments feel like a prison camp. There are many options in this area, choose a different one.

They look kinda harsh on the outside but the inside looks great really roomy $ 845 for a 900 sqf 1 bedroom apartment. Great closet space!
