Had my sons 3rd birthday here and it was awesome! I reserved seating and the table which was a relief. They decorated the table and gave him a super hero cape and there was a picture prop cut out on the table. They had a ticket blaster booth, they sang happy birthday to the kids and made it a big deal. It was awesome. My kid had a blast. I booked online, super easy, great price, great time for the kids. The only thing I dont like is that I liked when they had the hand stamps. Now they have a sticker which could easily be removed or swapped. A bracelet or stamp would be best in my opinion.

It was clean. Pizza was fine. The games are fun for the kids. I appreciate the safety stamps for parents and kids.

We make this one of our must go to places when visting portland. The prices of the food can run a little pricy, but not too bad when you compare the cost for tokens, games are only one token per play! Cant beat that anywhere else. And the games are so fun and believe it or not they keep their games in pretty clean condition! Most other game places ive been are= pretty disgusting. Oh and the pizza here are pretty good! My son who is soon to be 5 loves it here and thinks its the best place in the world. Well maybe until we can afford to go to Disneyland :)

We go here all the time with my 3 kids who are under 5. Today we went for my niece’s 3rd birthday and the kids had an amazing time as usual. The manager was really nice and we got way too many tokens but not enough pizza so he helped us return some tokens and hooked us up with another pizza. Multiple times the staff have been really friendly, accommodating, and helpful! Their job must be tough cleaning up and dealing with kids and parents all day, but you couldn’t tell because they are always smiling and quick to help. I love the fact, I can even let my 2 yr old out of sight and she’s fine. The place is not so big that I can scan the area and find her and not have to worry about someone taking her since we all have matching stamps on our hands. It’s affordable unlike the other kids game places,(John’s incredible pizza, which is more for older kids or papas pizza parlour). The best thing is they have a frequent fan club card with awesome deals, mon thru fri from 12 to 5pm. You can get some awesome deals with this card! You just have to ask for it. Anyway great place for younger kids and parents can hang out too with out worry.

My son loves it here! The staff is fun and interactive. The pizza is pretty standard, but the place is clean and the games are well maintained.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of my daughter’s 2nd birthday party. We had 30 guests and every one was treated so well.. they made every accommodation for our large group and met every expectation I had, going over and above to create such an amazing experience for my daughter. The manager and our server were so personable and open to our needs. They were organized so I didn’t have to be, and I am horrible with names, but thank you! We had adequate time for our party, the food was served hot and in a timely manner, the price was unbeatable. I can’t believe I was able to have a party with 30 guests for under $ 200 I did a lot of comparisons, and overall I am so pleased with the choice we made to have the party here! We will be back! *btw my daughter was terrified of Chuck e cheese, and he handled that so well! Sorry chuck!

This is just based off the birthday parties they throw. A skinny chuck who lipsyncs and doesn’t even interact with the kids. They just use a TV to project a prerecorded chuck I’ve never seen so many confused and uncomfortable kids. Even the lady hosting on behalf of chuckecheese was lame. Lol wow.

All rides and games are 25 cents and there’s no entrance fee(like johns incredible pizza). Sometimes I take the kids there just to play games after having lunch at home. It’s better than the $ 1 rides at The mall. Their pizza is good, but pricey — $ 20 for a large cheese. The beaverton location was updated several years ago and I find I clean and well laid out. Like all kid places, it’s packed on weekends. We try to go late afternoons on weekends or in the evening.

I love Chuck-E-Cheese pizza! Kind of embarrassing to admit that though… I have been here a couple of times for my niece. The first time, i brought her on a Saturday at about 11am. It was not crowded at all! We played games, ate pizza and had a pretty good time. But by the time were leaving a couple hours later, it was jam packed and chaotic! The second time was for her 5th Birthday party a couple weeks ago. Her party was at 12:30 on a Saturday. We had a nice set up table in the front of the«stage» area. There were other parties all around us and that was a little rediculous. However, i ate PIZZA and so most of my problems were taken care of. =) I personally enjoy pretending to be a kid, playing games and winning tickets. I dont care if i spent $ 40 on a chinese finger trap and 2 packets of sweet tarts. It’s always worth it.

So, I came in here with very low expectations. Just wanted to treat my kids to something special for being good. We came in on a Thursday afternoon and it wasn’t too busy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn’t eat the food, so I can’t vouch for that but my kids totally played games there for an hour to an hour and a half for only $ 5! All the games were only one token(25 cents) so their money went a long way. I will definitely bring them back again, probably when another good coupon comes in the mail and will possibly try their pizza then. I’d say it was a win-win for everyone involved.

My kids enjoy chuck e cheese anytime-anyday. So, we had my kids birthday here on a Sunday. I made online reservation. Upon arrival, my table was already setup and the hostess came and talked about the planning-play time/party time/food and cake cutting. Though the pizza was not the best we had, it was ok and was a hit with the kids who were hungry after an hr of playing :) We had to order drinks and pizza separately for some adults. The check at the end was what we expected. Our hostess was fun and friendly. Overall we felt it was ok and for kids, it was a blast! Well what more do you want for your kids. It can get pretty loud, but hey, its a place for kids.

I went there for the first time today, for a nephew’s birthday party. I guess it’s a very popular place for birthday’s, as there were a total of 6 birthday parties going on that day. I had my 9-month old with me, so I didn’t do any of the games. I walked around with her to see if there was anything, but she just ended up laughing at all the noise, LOL. I love that they stamp you as a group, and only those with matching stamps can leave together. The pizza is pretty darn good too. I wish we had one of these where I was!

Kids love this place. I went on a Saturday evening at 5 p. m for my grandson’s birthday party, so it was crazy busy and kids everywhere. I remember when my kids were young and how much they liked going to Chuck E Cheese. I don’t remember it being this wild and noisy, but alas I am much older now. If you have the patience and can tolerate the extreme amount of noise, I am sure the little one in your life will adore you for taking them. Have plenty of tokens.

Too. Many. Kids. To be fair, I came here for my nephew’s birthday party at 5 pm on a Saturday following an extended Friday night full of booze. The pizza was great for my hangover, the atmosphere, not so much. Kids love it, though. Since I’m currently child-free, I’ll have to re-evaluate this in the future.

My 7 yr. old daughter begged to have her birthday party here. At first I wasn’t thrilled… I’ve only heard negative things about this place. I booked on line which automatically earned us 20 tokens. I realized a week or so later that I needed to add a few adults to the head count. I called and got sucked into this massive phone tree of choices. It took several minutes to speak to a live person. Ugh, my pet peeve! The day of the party arrived and we all met there. Of course the kids were SO excited and immediately ran off. I was approached by a very nice man who said he would be our host and help out with our party. He showed us to our table and took our drink orders. I had brought some coupons with me and he helped me decide which would be best for our party of 8 adults and 5 kids. I also told him we brought our own cake and he was fine with that. He brought our drinks and a large amount of tokens and the kids were off having fun. It was nice to be able to relax and talk to my family without wondering if the kids were safe. It was also great having our host who did a great job of keeping the party going, serving the kids their pizza, and making sure we were all doing OK. Two hours goes by fast and it’s hard to get the kids to the table all at once. We ended up having to rush through opening the gifts as we almost ran out of time. All in all I would definitely have another birthday party here. Last year we went to John’s Incredible Pizza and I was NOT impressed. The food was yucky and it was SO loud inside you could hardly have a conversation. The final bill was about what I expected. Not cheap, but the kids had such a good time it was worth it. I also gave our host a generous tip as he was such a big help.

Make sure to go online and print out coupons before you go. You can combine them. We typically print out some extra and give some to those in line since not everyone is as coupon savvy as we are. We went to John’s Incredible Pizza tonight and I actually appreciate CEC’s pizza now. John’s is the worst pizza I’ve ever had. We never fail to have a good time at a reasonable price at CEC.

Mm. only one review so far? That’s funny. I agree with Todd. The food isn’t great. No offense to those who hold kids’ birthday parties here, but, to my own taste, the place feels a little too fake and a little too dark(physically or otherwise) for that.

I think if you are a parent and need a break and aren’t afraid to spend money, then take your kids here. The kids will be entertained for hours, but it will cost you and the food is not that great! But, the kids love it and beg to go there. So, they hit their target audience. It is they just need to have some things for adults as well.(FOOD) The one thing I really do give them 5 stars on though is their entry system. They give each person in the party a matching stamp. No other person can take your child out, because their stamp won’t match your child’s stamp.(This makes it so easy to separate yourself and not have to keep looking over your shoulder to see if your kids are still there)
