Fun place for the young ones. Perfect place to celebrate birthday parties. Buffet and pizza is just OK, but there are plenty of choices. We will be back, but it’s more for the party, games and shows…

This place is terrible never go! You have to buy buffet just to get in. Low quality food, along with terrible customer service. They kicked out a couple friends for not wanting to each and u can’t even buy just a drink which I tried to do. They kicked me out! The Floors are sticky and u can tell they don’t care. 9 people bought buffet plates and wouldn’t let 3 people go in and have some quality bonding with friends. And management was rude to us telling us we have to leave. 0⁄10 would recommend it says family atmosphere but if one family member isn’t hungry they have to pay for the buffet which is terrible!

Worst experience, total lack of food, no help. The donut machine was left running without an operator huge safety violation. Multiple pizzas left in ledge to be served, no one around to put them out. Ice cream machine out of service. Salad bar was void of any add ons, dressings where criss contaminated with other dressings and toppings. Dirty food service area, floors gross. Only good point… the exit was well marked.

This place was a lot of fun for the family. It is like a Chucky Cheese on steroids! Food is average at best, but all you can eat. The salad bar is actually quite good. The atmosphere is nice as you get to choose from 5 different dining rooms themed to different ages. The also have a beer and wine bar for the grownups. The main attraction here though is the games and rides. I just loved watching my kids smile uncontrollably and I even caught myself smiling and laughing on the bumper cards. I took a star off, because John’s does have a price tag. We did the family pack(four buffets and four 100 credit game cards) for $ 99 and added my wife who didn’t want to play the games(even though she ended up playing). The total came to $ 110, but it was worth the fun!

Johns Incredible pizza is really incredible there’s a buffet with almost everything you could want from pizza, pasta, salad and even fried chicken there’s also a few different dining rooms to chose from with all kinds of themes then there’s the games the room isn’t as big as I thought it would be but there’s enough games to keep you happy its like a big sister to chucky cheese

It’s unfortunate that you have to purchase the buffet as admission in order to play in the arcade. If they could figure out a way where you could just play the games we might return. Sadly the buffet isn’t worth the admission.

Arrived Saturday night and the parking lot was full. Wasn’t going to go in but the 3 grandkids we’re excited to go so off we went. Wow! What a surprise! It was as busy as the parking lot! Excellent kid perfect food. Served hot and flavorful. Plenty of everything! Lettuce for salad was cut, washed and crisp which I have not had, even at some fine dining! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is, cleanliness. It wasn’t dirty like never cleaning it was from the constant kids serving them self. They need someone to clean every 15 minutes. The other is the blu cheese dressing actually needs some blu cheese. Other than that it was a great evening! The different rooms were age perfect. The gaming was fun for all of us. The kids were thrilled with all the options. I look forward to having one in Vegas later this year.

We stopped by here on a Saturday evening and it was alright. There were plenty of kids running around and it was crowded. It seemed like there were many groups having a birthday party. The food was okay. It tasted like school lunch food, so maybe it was targeted towards a child’s palate. They have tons of different games here, most seemed pretty boring for an adult, but there were a few we liked.

Wow. The food was great. Everyone went back for seconds. Large themed room. Very clean and no waiting during the week.. I’ll be back. A $ 23 groupon for two made it a great deal.

I’ve been here twice. The first time the food was good. The second time I found a worm in my salad and a second in their potatoes. I wasn’t even offered a refund, I had to demand one. The manager and staff were not helpful at all and treated the situation like they didn’t care. I could tell that they just wanted me to leave by the fact that they were rushing me and by the look on their faces. I tried to do the survey that is attached to the receipt but the system won’t allow me to since«it’s not eligible for a survey opportunity due to a void.» If you’re going to eat here make sure to check your food before eating!

We came an hour before closing so we didn’t get to enjoy it for as much as we would have liked, but in only an hour we had so much fun! This place is exactly what it says: incredible! So many cool games and a great variety for all ages. They spent a lot of $$$ on the good, large, and new game machines. Plus there are actual rides in this gigantic place! Food was good, and they have 5 different eating areas that each have a different theme. SOCOOL. The game prices are also very reasonable as well as their buffet prices.(You have to buy buffet in order to play the games). Their staff were all very friendly and helpful too. We will be back!(And we will eat in every awesome room they have.

This is a wonderful place! The buffet were freshly baked! Before John’s Incredible Pizza Co. exist, this used to be CIRCUITCITY and yeah! CIRCUITCITY is my favorite store at all! But they are closed for good :( We used to have CIRCUITCITY in Salem and they moved to Keizer Station and then circuit city closed down in January 16, 2009! Today the old circuit city in Keizer Station is REI(Recreational Equipment Inc.) The old one in Salem is Willamette Family Medical Center! So I miss CIRCUITCITY! R.I.P CIRCUITCITY. We won’t forgot CC!

The good: Chuck-E-Cheese on steroids, without the mouse. Cool indoor rides. Buffet includes pizza, salad, noodles, bread sticks, ice cream. Cool mini eating rooms with Disney shows The bad: In order to play games, you must pay to eat. Once you receive your gaming card, make sure to use it while you are there. Once you leave, and there are still credits on the game card, then return for another round of gaming, you must purchase a meal again in order to use the card(booo!). Pricey

Can I just say How Wonderful This Place Is? I’ve been a frequent customer of Incredible John’s for about the last 6 months now, and it has been spectacular service every-time. The food, for a buffet style restaurant, is good. Nice Variety Salad Bar. Good Child-Sized Portions of Pizza with a staggering variety, available upon request. Drink options ranging from Icee’s, Tea, Soda, Coffee, Hot Chocolate, and even a Bar for the Adults. Dessert Bar too, though not quite as expansive, just the basics. The Dinning Room options are Top Notch. Two Rooms devoted to Children’s entertainment depending on age with non stop Cartoon Entertainment, a room for the Music Lovers, Sports Fans, and the Log Cabin Room, for those like myself, who enjoy relative Quiet. The Arcade is Fabulous and appeals to a wide range of ages. They even have a section for the tiny tots to enjoy. And the games aren’t to cheesy either. In the end, it’s all about the tickets. The staff is Beyond Friendly and it’s all encompassed in a Safe Kid-Friendly Atmosphere. For a Buffet it is by far the Cleanest establishment I have ever visited. Which is Impressive. During Weekdays this place is basically empty. It’s like a secret Food-Mansion that you get to keep to yourself. As for Price concerns, join the Incredible John’s VIP Club, it’s like $ 5 bucks for a year long membership and they send you Coupons through your email. It is so very worth it.

I’ve been here twice with my family. It’s actually pretty expensive for each person for what you get with your money… The food is okay, but the game area is really fun for all ages. I love all the areas they have for families to sit down together! They all have their own theme and it definitely adds to the overall experience. I wish they would lower their prices a little bit and I would bring my family here more often, but still, I do like this place! A lot to do and see.

I had my daughter’s eighth birthday party here on Sunday the online booking process was easy you knew what you were paying for upfront. When we got there the room wasn’t ready which wasn’t a big issue but they kept stressing the fact that we had to be out of the room at our hour and 45 Mark!!! technically the kids didn’t need that much time they were ready to go after 40 minutes. It was nice that there’s a party host that bus the tables and also play games with the kids and make balloons. The check out for the bill was easy and accurate and priced cheaper than most parties for 12 kids it was $ 215 including 2 adults the fun cards lasted for about an hour I got 75 token credits things went really smoothly I would definitely do a party here again

What a great find in Beaverton! There’s an awesome laser maze, bumper car ride, the Air-Incredibear ride, and Twister, plus lots of great arcade games. The place is spacious and not too dark or loud, very calm for an arcade! The workers are all sweet and friendly, and there’s almost no wait for anything, even on a school holiday weekday. We came with a seven and twelve year old, and they both loved it. Food is pretty good too — Great pizza variety, Chicken Alfred pizza, Nacho pizza, salad bar, good chili and baked potatoes! Beside the buffet area are five different seating rooms, from Toon Theater(cartoons on TV), Cabin Fever(country style dining room, no TV), Fusion(Music TV), Funology(Disney channel shows on TV), Hall of Fame(sports). We can’t wait to come back again.
