This is a fun place for speciality tools, wood, and supplies. The staff is great and they have classes. I would buy specific things from This store. Some larger tool prices are slightly high. Great place.

I am a regular at Rockler. I’ve been I this one and one near where I grew up in Pasadena ca. They never fail to have what I need and the people are always pretty fun. I have bought clamps, lathe tools, glue, racks, and all sorts of odd bits over the years. I must say that I really like famiy owned businesses. This place I especially like the way that if anyone thinks of a cool new tool they will help develop and market it. Who can argue with that!!!

This little store has a lot of great stuff for woodworkers. Everything is high quality. Teh best is that the staff is knowledgable and there is absolutely no pssure to buy anything. Even though Rockler is a national organization, this store acts like a neiborhood store. Drop on in, browse, and ask questions. Mark p.s. I am in no way affiliated with Rockler. I just like the atmosphere.

I stumbled into this little woodworking place trying to find the perfect stain for a well-worn butcher block I had purchased off Craigslist… the store has an amazing selection of stains and sealants with great, knowledgeable staff and easy-to-navigate aisles/store. Great for the woodworking hobbyist or serious enthusiast. GOODWOOD(pro): great selection, smart staff BADWOOD(con): a little pricey(higher than big-box), but the staff and personal attention to back it up
