I personally know both owners, they are brothers and I highly recommend them simply based on what I know of their character — they are honest, kind, hard working and intelligent. I have known both of them for over 10 years, and never have had any complaint or question about their integrity or personal character. I have attended the same church with both of them, and had many conversations with them about their business and how it operates. It is a great group of guys — I even know one of their employees. It is of first importance with large remodeling jobs that you are working with people you can trust. I read another review that seemed a little heavy handed but I noticed that the owners took responsibility, got the job done, and didn’t stop til it was made right. I know there are many many other happy customers because these guys are BUSY. Schedule your remodel ahead of time, they are worth the wait. Highly recommended!

Not the positive bathroom remodel experience or outcome we were looking for. Very nice young men, for the most part, and helpful and responsive to our input during the design process. They had some serious project coordination, time management, and communication issues with our job. After two delays starting — to make sure they had the materials and manpower to focus on our job — it took nearly a month for the estimated two week job. Even so, the walls and painting in particular had been done so poorly, it had to be redone, and there was a delay on the cabinets and shower door. After five weeks and a big push in response to a frustrated temper tantrum on my part, we finally had a functional bathroom again. There had been some«interesting» choices made, the paint was still subpar, and a few details(missing hardware, incomplete kick plate, loose handles on fixtures, that sort of things) were outstanding, but the tile work was gorgeous and we were all very tired of eachother, so we let it go. Until six months later when the grout in the shower started cracking and washing away. We asked to have some of the things we’d just let go prior addressed while they were back in the house — a couple of which, to be fair, turned out to be related to other issues that are our resposibility to fix. It has taken just over a month to get that resolved, the paint job is still sad(worse than before in places), we’re still waiting for the promised reimbursement for the hotel time Joseph wrangled out of the grout manufacturer and the emails are getting pretty hostile. I’d say these guys are up to smaller, very specific jobs. They could use a good project manager to help with scheduling, planning, logistics and communications. I’d also advise pretty close supervision and not leaving decisions up to them. And do your painting yourself.
