Very disappointed.
Pros: Staff is very friendly. Prices are cheap.
Cons: Manager refuses to accept responsibility for a damaged shirt.
I teach my kids to be responsible and if you make a mistake, accept responsibility. Unfortunately, these same morales don’t hold true for the management of Buckeye Cleaners.
A dress shirt came back with 5 perfect circles (like from an iron) on it. After several cleanings, the stains were faint, but still there. An apology and sm as ll credit would have been all it would take. Unfortunately, I got the «it’s not our fault» line.

I think this place is great! The staff are friendly and professional and the prices can not be beat. They do everything from AF uniforms to down comforters. We have used them for everything and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend using Buckeye Cleaners particularly if you need quick turnaround. They are like little magicians. You bring in nasty clothes, they wave their wand and in 24 hrs you have items that seem brand spankin’ new. Definitely a hit with our family!

Firstly, I am usually hesitant to hand over a delicate piece of clothing to someone, but my coat was collecting stuff that I couldn’t blot out on my own. So, needless to say, I tried to seek a reputable dry cleaner that I could swing by sometime after work. Their ad had been sitting on my desk for an entire summer, and I had not forgotten their name!
I am thankful for their hours after five because I dropped it off right after work. They were willing to work with me on a pick-​up date, which was the next day after five. Perfect! All I can say is that I was impressed that my coat looked brand-​new and spotless. AND they welcomed me as a new customer by giving me a coupon and a gift!

Wow! What a business! I took my favorite blanket in for dry cleaning and by luck stopped here. Upon entering I was greeted by two employees that were pleasant and ready to help. The young lady that waited on me even asked if I was military so she could give me a 10% discount! Between the top notch customer service and the bonus of a $ 10 off coupon and microfiber towel for being a new customer I will be back! They did a great job on my doggy smelled blanket! Thank you Luanne, John, Sharon and Beth for running a business the right way!
