This is the single worst hotel experience I have ever had. After the poor and experienced woman at the front desk had to deal with the clients in line in front of us who had a similar problem and unable to check in. Then she had to rectify a mistake by her manager that the heat in our room did not work. It has been over an hour and we are still waiting for a new room with the two amenities we had requested. No apologies have been if issued thus far. Please do not stay here. Ever!
