I haven’t eaten the food yet but walking into the building to find the bathroom it smells like BO… Like sweaty armpits with no deodorant. The bathroom smells like Mop water that’s been sitting around for days. Yuck.

Short filler to replace a review that Unilocal sales personnel deleted. Decent service, located on the South side of I 10 and the West side of College street. The sound of them deep frying my onion rings is music to my ears as it mimicks bacon frying on a skillet.

It’s a typical Whataburger. Good as far as fast food goes, but still just fast food. This location seems to be average as far as Whataburgers go. Not in a fantastic part of town, but I have not had any problems while here. Usually friendly service and clean facilities.

If ever you are here late and decide to go inside instead of the drive thru don’t do so if there is a crowd here. The customer service is well enough except if there is a can load of persons in line in front of you. They were understaffed for the amount of people in line. They were working hard and steady, however, issues with the register only exacerbated the problem further. They finally worked through the problem and my order arrived a short while later. If it wasn’t for that the Texas born fast food joint would get 4 stars.

This is the worst Whataburger in beaumont in terms of quality and wait time. Ive waited 15 mins just to place my order in the drive thru line and another 15 for the food. There’s another whataburger on lucas if you can get over there.

Food was standard Whataburger goodness. — The ONLY reason the review gets 2 stars. Service is a negative 1 star. But jesus christ it took 30 minutes for me to get my food. Walked in(because there were about 6 cars in the drive thru) and stood in line behind 2 people. After about 5 minutes of waiting in line and being told, «Hold on!» by the people working, the lady in front of me left. About 2 minutes after that, the guy at the front of the line got to order. He was given a number and told to wait for food. He joined a group of 3 other people waiting for food. Once I get to the register, I’m once again told«I’ll be with you in a minute» and the lady walks off to help prep the drive thru orders. Meanwhile, there appears to be one person preparing food in the kitchen. There was another person sorting through a giant box of frozen chicken strips. He was sorting them into 3-strip portions(for easy frying later). I work in foodservice/retail, so I totally get that stuff like that has to get done… but wouldn’t he be better deployed making food or taking orders or doing something that benefits the 6 customers waiting in the restaurant and the 6+ in the drive thru? Whatever. When I walked out of the damn place, it was 5 til 9. I had walked in no later than 8.30am! Seriously damn insane. Oh, and also, the guy in front of me was given the wrong beverage(I specifically heard him order OJ, but he was given milk). He totally noticed it was wrong, too, but I guess he didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes for orange juice. I don’t blame him. Once I got my B.O.B.(no cheese) and fries(instead of hashbrowns)– my fries were cold. If there’s another Whataburger in Beaumont, I’d recommend that one. There’s almost no way that this one is better.
