Will NEVER stay here again! Horrible!!! Rooms are ok, however, stains on the bedding(looks like oil) cigarette burns on the sheets. Took a shower and the shower curtain smelled like smoke. The back door is broken which means anyone can come in. Homeless people hang out and smoke in the stairwells. Never anyone at the front desk at night. They have a bell… they don’t hear it because they are sleeping. I had to call the hotel and tell them I was waiting at the front desk. For the past hour people on the floor above mine have been making the most noise I have ever heard at any hotel. Jumping, stomping, I don’t even know what they could possibly be doing up there. I’ve called the desk and made a complaint. Its 11pm! It’s still going on. I went get an attendant and brought him into my room to hear it… yet, it’s still happening. A few days ago someone in the parking lot had their music full blast at 5am. It went on for 10 minutes before I called the front to see if they could go do something about it. They asked me what I thought they should do about it… I do not recommend this place to anyone. The only reason I am still here is because I’m here for work and this is the hotel they put us in. Also, our room door doesn’t shut unless you push it really hard. The cleaning lady didn’t close it all the way one day and it was left open all day long. They are lucky nothing seemed to be missing. Free breakfast? No. Two types of cereal, warm milk and some kind of Orange«drink» that is supposed to be juice.

No… just no. While in Beaumont for nearly 3 months, I stayed here for a week. I used my company website to look for approved hotels and this one popped up. I thought cool, an extended stay this is exactly what I need. The website said the room had a full sized fridge, microwave, stove top, dishes, pots and utensils. That part was true. They also said they had a free continental breakfast. This is false unless you wan to eat the milkless Fruit Loops and drink the orange stuff in a pitcher that appeared to be Tang. Do they still make Tang? Any way that’s all they had. They offer free wi-fi. It works during the sunlight hours, then nothing. Maybe their wifi is solar powered. The place is old in décor and in desperate need of a make over. The hallways and stair case smell like a mixture of cigarette smoke, a jr high school locker room and curry. I had to shoulder block my door each night in order to get it to open. The A/C was loud and put out zero cold air. The only good thing is the kitchen area and the price. Other than that skip this place.
