I don’t understand the negative reviews of this location. I am by no means a «regular» but I’ve been here many, many times over the years. I have always experienced good drinks and fast, friendly service. The food is overpriced but that’s not really what I go there for. I actually prefer it over the mom and pop place in town.

I think the ppl putting the negative reviews has the wrong location. This Starbucks is located inside the Albertsons, therefore there is no drive through window. I go to this location for 11 years and everyone is great, and the drinks are good. They will even give you a taster cup with new flavors.

I needed a pick me up on my drive from LA to Palm Springs and this location is conveniently located near the freeway onramp. The bathroom was clean and they even have a drive thru!

Very slow service whether you decide to use the poorly designed drive-thru or go inside. I now taste my drink before I leave the drive-thru. Too many times I get on the fwy and discover they made my drink wrong. I have even stopped at another one to get my drink remade. They never greet you inside either. I try to avoid this one, but sometimes it is on my way.

The people working here are the rudest B****s I have ever seen. They never smile or greet me when I stop here. I get it, people have bad days, but these girls are just miserable, bitter and rude. It really shows. I havent been here for over a year and would rather go to Mcdonalds for a coffee than give my business to this establishment.

This place still sucks, coffee is really awful now. I tried it one more time but it hasn’t improved, it’s gotten worse. I hope it closes down and a PDM or some other independent shop opens up in it’s place.

For a Starbucks I’m super disappointed! Staff is running around kinda oblivious without a clue. They have a problem working in sink with each other. If I go back I hope it will be a better experience.

Always busy and the staff are very friendly. Access into the Drive-thru is a bit of s challenge due to how busy they are would be my only complaint. Love the modern order taking system in the DT as it allows you to see who is taking your order.

This review really disappoints me. I live very close to this Starbucks and I would like to visit here frequently, but I can’t. I don’t trust them. On two separate visits to this location I ordered decaf drinks, and both visits it was NOT decaf. I have high blood pressure and pregnant, I cannot have non-decaf.

I’ve had a really bad experience here before. I ordered a drink and went to the window to pay and they told me the car before me had paid for my drink and asked me if I wanted to pay for the cars drink behind me. Well, it just so happened that the car behind me was my mother who was following me out to Morongo and we stopped here to get drinks on the way. I agreed to pay for her order which was more than mine(I paid in cash). It was somewhere around $ 14 the lady at the window said. I figured my mom got her and I pastries or something. Once we got to the casino I noticed she only had one drink and no pastries so I asked her all that she ordered and she said just that one drink. NOWAYDOES A SINGLEDRINKCOST $ 14DAMNDOLLARS! So I said to myself… «Never again will I pay for the car behind me!» You don’t know how much their order costs, and you’re only going off what the cashier says. I can’t trust them anymore. So, on another visit, the red head at the window asked me if I wanted to pay for the cars drinks behind me because the car in front of me paid for mine. I politely told her no, but, didn’t feel the need to explain the previous rip off I had experienced(I thought I’d save her the ear full). Would you believe this lil B**** gives me a dirty look and starts telling the girl next to her that«she doesn’t understand how someone can act like that». Well… I DON’T UNDERSTANDHOWYOUCANRIPPEOPLEOFF! She gives me attitude and continues to talk about me within ear shot and hands me my drink with attitude and simply says«Bye» very rudely and all with a dirty look and starts talking about me again as I drive off. Normally, I’m pretty hood and don’t take no s*** from no one and would have got hood on the spot, however, I was in a rush to work. To a job where I make 7xs what this broad makes. Keep making my lattes you rude red headed thief! I can’t go back here after this rude incident and previous rip off. If they ask you to pay for the car behind you… learn from my situation, just say no.

This Starbucks is never fully stocked. –no whip cream on frapp because they were out if dome lids –no dark caramel to make a Carmel ribbon crunch frapp –no bananas for banana foster frapp –no mango for a mango and lime refresher. Out of all the above in one visit! Not my first time going and them being out of items. I understand things get busy. Take note and order the correct amount of products needed. Supply and demand. Baristas are nice, not as energetic as most Starbucks baristas, but then again– they probably have to deal with irritated customers since they can’t fulfill drink orders.

We were driving to Palm Springs on a Friday afternoon and needed a little pick up. I consulted Unilocal and found this Starbucks on the way. We entered the clean and well-kept store and were promptly greeted by Joanna. She was very kind and friendly. Our order was quickly delivered and perfect. What a great stop. I went to this Starbucks because it was the closest in the area i was in. The people were really nice but the service is really slow. There were four people working behind the counter and it took me a long time to get my drink. they did make it correctly though.

We stopped at this Starbucks on our way out to Palm Springs. It was pretty conveniently located near the Highland Springs exit making it easy to get both on and off the I-10 freeway. I’m guessing by now that pretty much everybody is familiar with the Starbucks format. Their stores are attractively decorated and pleasant places to hang out with plenty of tables and chairs and free wifi for customers. They sell a number of coffee, espresso, and tea drinks with baked goods and sandwiches to enjoy while you sip on your drinks. There is an outdoor seating area outside this Starbucks which looked like it would be a fun place to hang out on a sunny day. The bathroom was clean and the employees were friendly. We had our coffee drinks and were back on the road quickly, and that’s exactly what we want from a pit stop on a long road trip.
