The guys were realy friendly. They even met me at my car. I had never been to a Discount tire before yet the repaired my tire for free and had me back on the road again in less than an hour. What a great group of guys. I will definitely be back for any future tire needs.

I work for a local company that has a fleet of about 20 vehicles. I am there three to four times a month having tires serviced. These guys really know what they are doing. I have NEVER had a bad experience here. Even when they have been extremely busy, these guys are humping it out in the shop, my longest wait time was just about an hour. I have a little tire experience and background, I can tell you that the sales guys have never tried to «B.S.» me and sale me something that I don’t need. Professional operation.

I have had mixed opinions about this place. We usually have a good experience with minimal wait. We went one time and they didn’t even acknowledge us even though there were four people at the counter and no one in line. After waiting 10 minutes, we just left. This last time we went though, they met us in the parking lot and we dropped off our car in less than 1 minute. So it is kinda hit or miss with their service.
