Worst, customer service ever. We rented a pull behind trailer and when we went to drop it off at night there were already 2 u-​haul truck parked in the parking lot and because we borrowed the truck to pull the trailer we had to return the trailer that night. Well a worker who lives up-​stair of the self storage facility opens the window and yell «Pull your trailer back out and I will open the gate for you to put it back where it belong» we told him it was already dismantle and three inches push back that the truck can’t get any closer to put it back on. He than came outside and look and said «well than keep pushing the utility trailer back and make sure its out of my way and turn around and left in the most rudeness way» didn’t even offer to help or be at least courteous.
DON’T EVER RENT FROM HERE EVER WORST PEOPLE… I WANT TO REPORT THEM TO CORPORATE THAT THEY SHOULD NOT BE HANDLING THESE KIND OF SERVICE IF THEY ARE RUDE AND IN PROFESSIONAL.

I only use this storage facility for their document shredding services. Traditionally, I would take all my boxes of documents to be shredded and they would allow me to simply dump the boxes in their large bins.
Apparently due to security concerns, they now will only allow you to slide your documents through a tiny slot. I certainly understand the reasoning behind this new security measure, however when we went there all 3 bins were completely empty. I asked the gentlemen to unlock the lid on the bin so I could dump it in. He apparently didn’t have the key so we spent the next 20 minutes sliding our pages into the bin in stacks of 10 pages. (We had about 5000 pages so it took a while).
All I’m saying is that if you go there with a large number of pages to shred, be sure to give yourself plenty of time.
Other than that, the price is fair at $ 10 per box (box=one of those paper boxes you’d buy at staples)
