More like a home daycare instead or structured preschool. During business hours, No doors are locked to keep outsiders from getting in. My husband was able to walk right in to the center, passed by someones purse on the table low enough for a child to reach, and then notice a young child in the bathroom by herself. He finally followed the noise which lead him to a room where he was able to speak to someone about childcare. Very Unsafe. The rates are the lowest in town, but you get what you pay for.
