Our favorite spot to hang out in town. They always have cool new beers on tap and they try to have something for everyone. Bartenders Kyle and AJ are great, and the always give good recommendations. The bar itself is pretty cozy, so it’s a great place to get together with a few friends.

I really like it here, now more than before. First visit, not long after they opened, the bartender did not attempt to remove any of the water from the glasses after washing them and just poured the beer right on top of it, which I found nasty, and he did this each time, so I wanted to wait awhile before returning. Last night, this did not happen with any of the many beers we ordered, the bartender allowed the glasses to remain upside down for q second or two for the washing liquids to drain before filling the glasses with beer, and everything tasted as it should. NOWONTOTHEBEER, they have some really good stuff, affordable for what it is, and the bartenders are more than gracious when it comes to explaining what they have: they aren’t dismissive or condescending or judgmental if you don’t know as much as they do about every little brewery in the world, etc. NOWONTOTHEFOOD, some things are better than others — the falafel and dumplings are laughable in portion size AND pricing, in my opinion, but other things like the Tasso and the Weisswurst are wonderful.

Great beer selection! Great service! The bartenders were super friendly and funny. Smiths playing through the speakers just sealed the deal for me. We just had a couple beers and had to go but would have loved to try some of the snacks or dogs. Next time for sure! Check it out, it’s a cool spot, especially if you love good beer!

Such a great addition to Beacon — I love the ambiance… it’s a narrow & long exposed brick space that feels comfy and cozy with a group of friends over a beer.(Please do add more of a WINE selection though!!!) The service is fantastic and the new food menu rocks — these hotdogs are not to be missed.

Beer is good. Staff nice although a bit distracted. Interior is nothing special. No true complaints but also not excited about the place

Such a small, or rather narrow venue but its pumping out some amazing brews! We had the flights which are 4 for $ 10 nice size mini glasses. I was surprised to find that many I would have assumed I wouldn’t enjoy– I loved! The B Nektar The Dude’s Rug which is the most rando name ever was delicioussssssssss, as was the honey oat, the Mikkellar and another sour which I cannot think of. They have a solid variety for everyone’s taste buds and have very many to choose from. We didn’t get to sample any food but the overwhelming smell of rosemary was making me hungry. I cannot wait to come back and sample even more and try some eats from the kitchen :)

People who gave 5stars must be friends of place or someone who works there as I got no service when we stopped by there for the first time. We didn’t get our food for 30min while guys who sat next to us after us got their food with explanation of each dishes from chef right away(seemed like either they works there or friends of the place). It was after I complained that why it would take that long to take for a chef to bring some charcuteries, bartender said“he’s only one here”. I didn’t see any other tables occupied by this time. We never got our hot dog we ordered also. Expect to pay$ 9 for a 12oz beer here.

Always awesome. Excellent, knowledgeable staff that are always willing to drop some knowledge on your happy beer drinking ass. And if you’re lucky enough, you just might catch the cask selection!!! Nothing but love for this place

A narrow, brightly-lit space with an exceedingly long bar and an exceedingly long stretch of draft taps to match, Draught Industries was yet another world-class bar in an unexpected place. Their selection was varied, yet cutting-edge with a good mix of styles and several rarities. On a cold and lonely Saturday night in November, we stopped in here for a beer and stayed for a few more. Among their offerings was the one that drew us in: Prairie BOMB!(99 on Beer Advocate), a flavorful stout that was high in alcohol and flavored with cocoa nibs and ancho chillies. Paola claimed this as hers after the first sip and it got better as it warmed, releasing more of the flavor of its ingredients. I chose another, Crooked Stave Progenitor, which was a well-balanced wild ale, sour and fruity, yet complex and not overpowering. I followed that with the St. Bretta(Valencia Orange), which tasted similar, with what I suppose was a tint of orange mixed with the sourness. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, especially about the other local breweries in operation and in planning. After a few hours chatting and sampling what they had on offer including Dogfish 120 Minute 2014 and 2015, I wish this was our neighborhood bar. Unfortunately, we were only in Beacon for the weekend but we will return and make our way back here.

Super place with excellent beer selection and wise beer-loving staff! My beer club came here and there was literally something for eveyrone. And it was all wonderful. Their sophisticaed tap system was something to behold. Although the space is long and narrow and defined by wood and bricks, it has a warm inviting feeling. The only drawback when we were there was a bit of an unpleasant odor towards teh back of the place. But that was probably just a one-off type issue. I really liked the place and would recommend it.

Went to Beacon for a weekend with my best friend and one of our favorite parts of the weekend was the evening we spent at Draught Industries. The staff was very attentive, knowledgeable, and kind, and the selection was fantastic! They had great music playing, and they were able to handle big crowds of people with ease. The next time I am back in Beacon I will make sure to go back!

What a find! Props to the owners for being focused enough to do one thing and one thing only, beer! The beer selection is among the best that i have seen and the service was fast and friendly. Amazing beer selection on draught. Great for small groups.

Ok, so the boyfriend is a huge beer snob. And he is delighted to find this place. The«flux capacitor» controls the carbon dioxide and nitrogen levels in the beer on tap, and there are apparently only six in the country. Maybe the world. So cool! They also have wine and some nibbles. Atmosphere and music are great.
