There’s something about corporate management these days that lacks the ability or willingness to carefully or fastidiously chose employees like they used to. The service here is absolutely deplorable and nobody seems to care. Socializing and looking at ones nails seem to be more important than making eye contact with the guest. And slow… good God. SLOW! The management really needs to step it up over here and hire some decent quality workers here and pay them a living wage.

There’s a bitch with horn rimmed glasses that runs the print station who is the devil. The other services offered there, I’m sure are fine but go to staples on Richmond if you are looking for someone to help you with a print job.

These guys take good care of you when you have a package to ship. It’s just a little pricey for shipping as well as copies & other services.
