Let me start by explaining why this rite Aid is the worst pharmacy. Last week, I went to pick up my daughter’s medicine and what this so called«pharmacist» gave me? Expire medicine!!! When I brought this to their attention, what happens… they gave me another medicine… Expired again!!! Ah! Not to mention that I had to wait 3 hours!!! After couple days I went back to pick up my medicine this time, eye drops and what they gave me? Pills!!! Ah!!! Let’s not forget the waiting…1 hour. It’s incredible how they have poor service, and they don’t even apologize for the delay or mistakes. I’m talking about medicine that they have to be extra careful of what they are doing. If anyone goes to this pharmacy pls. Make sure you are getting the right medicine because as for me… I don’t trust them at all!!!

I’ve been going there for a few years. But I have to say that there is usually only one cashier working at a time and it often results in a line developing. The time that it takes for them to call for«back up», and the time it takes for another employee to respond causes it to look like a supermarket line and this happens soooooo often! There have been times that I’ve put down my items and walked right out because I don’t understand why this happens so often and I shouldn’t have to wait 10 minutes on line in a Rite Aid.
