Cvs Pharmacy

Edward was professional and helpful assisted me during my check out process upon visit. Gabby and Ana usually assist me as I am a regular at this location. These two girls always have a pleasant smile and willing to extend a helping hand to customers who need help finding something. A few others to commend are Marianne who recently assisted me with a RX and Elizabeth, Mina and Catherine in the pharmacy dept are also very helpful they address me by name. It’s hard to come by those who are genuine and caring and it’s nice to see there are individuals that still exist in the world. Especially in this line of business kindness goes a long way and customers truly appreciate the caring attention they receive. This is one of the reasons CVS has kept my business. It’s hard to retain customers if your treated poorly or you feel as if your an intrusion to their day. I probably visit this location about 3 times week minimum because of the coupons (discounts and extra bucks) and the treatment I receive and expect to continue to receive.

Poor customer service in the pharmacy !! They messed up my prescription and they made it like it was my fault gave me a horrible attitude. All those girls back there are terrible! If you don’t like your job don’t work there. I’m changing pharmacies! I’d give them no stars but that’s not an option on here.

They are life savers here in this cvs! They were open on Christmas Day and not cranky to be at work! I walked in panicking my son had a high fever and needed prescription and over the counter medication. people in the pharmacy were so helpful and comforting. They went above and beyond! I’m so grateful to find someone happy to help someone on a day everyone wishes to be home.

Seriously lacking… in all areas

This is the worse pharmacy I’ve been to. I live down the block from them but I refuse to give them any business. I would rather go to shop rite or Walgreen which is further away but a lot better. When I was sick one day I went in and asked them to please call my pharmacy for my rx so they would do a transfer. They automatically said they didn’t have it, but they didn’t even check. My pharmacy had to call the pharmacist and argue w them in order to fill it. It wasn’t like it was narcotics it was a rx for vomiting. Then another day my son 6 yrs old had a cough and I asked for a recommendation because that’s their job and it was not busy at all. They were just there gossiping, she said she couldn’t help me to just call my pediatrician. I had enough with them!!! Customer service is the worst and they have no professionalism what so ever.

This CVS is the closest pharmacy to my apartment, so I go here frequently. It’s pretty run of the mill for home goods, you’re better off going to ShopRite if you need cleaning supplies. But I really love the pharmacy department. They are constantly going out of their way to help me fill my prescriptions. Especially when I recently changed health insurance companies. They are much better than the Duane Reade I used to use in Jersey City.

Not much to say here but the service is mediocre and they didn’t have a good selection of shampoo like most cvs do. Very dirty inside too! I think they need help cleaning lol
