Domino’s Pizza

The pizza is dominoes, you really can’t expect too much from it but its serviceable. My main problem is the delivery people who seem to be very lazy. When you go above and beyond while delivering my pizza I usually tip up to half of my order. the drivers sit in their car and call me to come outside. I know, I know it seems like I’m lazy, but at that moment I am and I need my delivery person to at least meet me at the door. I live in a nice neighborhood where the scariest thing outside is the squirrels. There is really no excuse to be that lazy when its your job.

Is there a «no star» for this one? Then thats what they deserve. I usually order from this domino’s as this is the most closer domino’s pizza place. Unfortunately, today I placed the order online and I receive the pizza after 1 and half hour. If I leave half an hour as grace, then its 1 hour. This was too much. I came home late from work and thats the reason I ordered pizza. But, it wasnt worth it. In meanwhile, I could have cooked at home. When I checked with the domino’s, then they say driver just left. Can you believe it? I asked driver why was he late, he said since it is a gated community, they were not allowing him inside and I did not answer the phone. This was too much. Firstly, he comes late and gets a cold pizza and now he blames on me and my gate keeper in the community. He was saying a plain lie. I would never order from here again! Beware, dont know what these people are up to. This domino’s is just 8 mins away from my place. Unbelievable!

Worst service ever waited 3 hours for pizza. Rudest people I ever encountered. We called 4 times they kept saying it’s on its way. We even waited outside no showed up or called.

What Dee W said below is on spot. Kids working there are loud, rude, don’t care customers waiting listening.
I was told my pick up order was ready and when I went there they had no idea, it was a good 20 mts before they figured out and gave mine and it was totally under cooked.

Online ordering great, fast. Can track order online. Pick up not as efficient. Thet forgot to give me the soda… and i had to send hubby back to get.

This place can’t even get a thing right, it’s so easy all they have to do is put topping on a pizza and put it in the oven. You are lucky if they get half of that right… You either get just a pizza not cooked with toppings or you get a pizza barely cooked with all your toppings smashed to the side of the box. So many times have I ordered and gotten either something lacking in what I wanted or gotten a half fast shit version of what I wanted. I can’t believe how hard it is to do such a simple fucking job

AVOID *THIS* DOMINO’S LIKE THE PLAGUE! Horrible store, awful people that work there, who are very rude and dont care about customers at all. Called to complain about my order of specialty chicken and was laughed at several times, and was told to go ahead and try him when I said I would complain to corporate. Below is pasted the complaint I sent to Dominoes corporate, hopefully I will be hearing from them soon to get the matter resolved. I purchased $ 18.18 worth of food today using a Domino’s coupon ($ 14.99 for 2 medium pizzas and order of Specialty chicken) that was distributed in the neighborhood. I was told that on top of the $ 14.99+tax, that there was a mandatory $ 2 delivery charge. My complaint call to the store was initially about the Specialty chicken which when I ordered it, was supposed to come with bacon and tomatoes, the assc. who took my order did not mention it coming with cheese and cheese sauce. If you look at the attached picture, it came with more burnt cheese than salted chicken, which leads me to my next complaint about the chicken. It is excessively salty and just not edible at all. My complaint to the store was not taken seriously, and I was being laughed at by the male assc who said he would do nothing to make my grief right. I was hung up on, joked on, and calling the manager, Mena, did nothing to solve the issue, I said I would call corporate, and he said «go ahead, try me!» I extremely unhappy, shocked, and disappointed. Dominoes guarantee: «Our Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your Domino’s Pizza experience, we will make it right or refund your money.» — To which they refused to comply, despite almost 10 calls, which the store workers continuously hung up on me.

I’ve been ordering from this same dominos since I was a kid. I love the chain. This particular one has always been good to me. I order so often most of the drivers know me by name and every employee seems to earn their tip. I’m also the type of person to be understanding of the stresses the job comes with and I’ve seen that remaining polite in spite of their seldom mistakes due to busy-​ness has resulted in pretty excellent service.
Almost every order is exactly how I want it because I order online. Only a few times did I have an issue where I ordered a cheeseburger feast pizza with a coupon (Which the website seems to allow) and received a cheese pizza, but upon calling my correct pizza was sent — saving a few pizza parties.
I think people who have continuous bad experiences with places like this seem to lose perspective. They forget when they had similar jobs, they forget the people behind the desk have more important worries than if you have the exact amount of pepperonis you want.
I’m not too hard to please but this place has gone above and beyond for me. Also I ordered a pizza a few days ago not realizing I had done so 14 minutes before closing (I’m used to Cliffside Park dominos closing at 2) and this poor kid made all the last orders for the night and drove all of them out. Props to him. I wish I could’ve tipped better!

The worst experience every time! Seriously!
First off, they have a bunch of young kids working there that have no common sense or respect for the customer.
The first time I order from there I ordered a pasta bread bowl for delivery. When it got to my apartment it was marinara sauce but I ordered Alfredo. They remade and sent me a new one which took about a hour. When it finally arrived, there weren’t any noodles. How is it a pasta bread bowl without pasta? I call them again to tell them and the girl on the phone tells me I must not know what pasta is because they wouldn’t forget to add it. I’m livid so I drive to the store just to prove that clearly forgot it. The girl then laughs and says there are a bunch of idiots working there and asked if I wanted to remake one.
I gave this place a second chance on a weekday and decided to go in for pick up. They made my order wrong and I asked them to redo it. The girl at the counter turns around thinking I couldn’t hear her and says «this b*tch wants a whole new order.»
I understand it’s a basic pizza chain but to call customers out their name is uncalled for. At the end of the day the customers are the reason you get paid.

Worst Domino’s on earth. Messed up my order big time and said it was my fault. Woman on phone was way too rude to be answering phone. Don’t understand how they are still in business. Will never order from them again and will do everything in my power to prevent others from ordering also.

The most stupid people I have ever deal with! this is the 5^th time they send me wrong order and when I called them they put me on hold for almost an hour so I went there while I’m still on hold and they were chilling and there is no customer in the store in the short sense the are jerks!!!

If that pizza looks halfway edible then I’m a wagon. Yes, this place seemingly has not quality control when it comes to the products leaving their kitchen absolutely egregious food. Do not eat from this dominos. DO NOT DO IT TO YOURSELF! The only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars is because the delivery guy is really cool.

My husband ordered a pie for himself to enjoy while watching the Superbowl and he didn’t get the extra sauce he asked for, not enough mushrooms and they didn’t spread the cheese around… it’s all stuck in the middle. He ordered the large w 3 toppings, and when he orders the large. it’s never up to par.

Had a overall good experience, delivery service… wasn’t the greatest but the food definitely made up for that. There’s so much pizza places to chose from living in Bayonne, so I was very satisfied with their pizza especially with all the competition.

Do not order at this place!!! I ordered thru phone and gave my name and all the info, they tell me about 35 mins. So its been 45 mins and Had to follow up… My order was not placed in the system and nowhere to be tracked. Wasted 45 mins, i was miserably hungry and my kids, so the lesson is do not order HERE! INCoMpetent Staff!

Sigh… This is dominos and they are always mediocre. However, this one is more mediocre than most. The delivery is fast, never a problem there, but my pizza is always lukewarm and the pizza always has too much sauce and not enough cheese. I have to order extra cheese for it to taste close to normal. Why do I order from here? Well, I need gluten free pizza, and unfortunately, dominos and Andrew’s (too expensive) is my only options.

I’ve ordered from Domino’s online and I could not belive that my food came in the door in 20 minutesss.

In an attempt to get my food faster, I opted to order my food for pick up… OOOOOh how I wish I hadn’t done that. Sometimes ignorance is bliss! This location is just plain ‘olé nasty! There was flour and cheese all over the floor… the woman who was loading the cheese from the plastic bag it shipped in was picking it up wit her bare hands, no gloves, wiper her hands on her pants and then went back to handling food again. i walked out of there throroughly disgusted and told them to keep the pizza! They seriously need a health department review! It’d have to be a hungry day in hell before I ordered from here again.

Are you kidding me??? In a town with 100 pizza joints you are going to eat Dominos… Get real eat real pizza!!!
