Terrible customer service. Had my truck washed and it did a terrible job. I went inside to ask for a refund and they couldn’t do it until the manager watched the video. Not so bad but the gal who I was dealing with was terrible and getting loud with me. She was so nice to the guy before me that she was talking about horses with but she doesn’t like helping customers solve problems and got very rude and kept making comments as I was leaving.

Golly, I wish Tim Horton could find his way through Sault Sainte Marie and take a right, instead of a left, to find his way to Wisconsin instead of Michigan. Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad that Tim Horton’s is in Michigan, so I can grab one of his famous donuts and a cup of Tim Horton’s coffee. A recent trip to Michigan gave me that chance to repeat the experience. I was headed west on I-94 and kept looking for the familiar, red, Tim Horton’s logo on the blue information boards. Near Battle Creek, I saw the sign and made the exit. As I said in my tip, this location is strategically hidden in a Citgo gas station/convenience store on a street with a bizarre name. It’s about ½ mile off I-94. The only way to get to it is to make a Michigan left turn.(For the uninitiated, a Michigan left turn is a U-turn followed by a right turn.) I ordered my favorite Tim Horton’s donut, French, and a large cup of coffee. I also added a two pound can of Tim Horton’s coffee to take home with me. I’m enjoying a cup of that coffee as I write this review, and«enjoying» is the operative word. No doubt, the red Tim Horton’s out-Dunkin’s the orange. C;mon to Wisconsin, Tim, we’re all waiting for you!

Nice little place. Polite staff. Stopped in here coming off the highway just to grab a small bite. Got a chicken salad wrap and hot chicken ranch wrap. Both were good and satisfying and cheap. Their desserts looked oober good but didnt get a chance to try them. check it out.

On a weeknight in the middle of Michigan we went searching for a coffee shop. When one is spoiled for choice and one has to go many miles between exits, one gets desperate. And that’s what Tim Hortons turned into. I did not grow up with Timmy, though they were just coming to the Michigan area from our Canadian neighbors in the late 1990s. So I don’t have much to compare to other than Dunkin’ Donuts. What they do best are their lunches and baked goods, attempting to out donut the Dunkin’. This location was brand new, connected to a gas station. It had a fireplace and it was already packed inside. Even at 10:30p there were many fresh baked goods available, which was great. But I think the newness was a little stifling for our server who asked us to repeat ourselves many times. We eventually got the order sorted and also some drinks. They had some cider for my partner and, for me, a mocha beverage. I will not call it anything other than that because it was definitely made from powder, no different than your typical gas station hot bev. But more expensive. So in a way I didn’t have many expectations, but my partner did but I don’t know how they could’ve messed up heating her cider beverage. Which they did not. So, mixed reviews here. Ultimately, when you are craving a vent non-fat no-water chai tea latte, nothing else really can compare.
