This location is probably in the top 3 Whole Foods I’ve ever been to, everything is nice, clean, fresh, lots of options the staff is friendly. Pretty sure this will be my new lunch spot while I’m in town.

Imagine you want an opinion on a recipe, you would probably ask your mother. If you needed advice on how to change your oil, you would ask your father. If you wanted a suggestion on where to eat or what to do, it is no brainer you would log into Unilocal like any awesome Unilocaler! Lol So if you wanted to know which brand of coconut water, you would ask your trusty Asians. Why? Because we know our coconuts. Here is a free tip: ALWAYS buy the young coconuts when you travel to exotic islands/Asia/Carribeans. They are so much sweeter than the big ones. Free tip #2: you can drink it room temperature, but if you like it cold… many touristy places have them on ice. However, DONOT put ice in it. It will change the flavor. Harmless Coconut water from Harmless Harvest is definitely not the cheapest($ 3.99-$ 5.49/bottle), but the taste is amazing. Don’t let the pink color throw you off… it is because it is unprocessed. Seriously. Go get one and thank me later.

OMG!!! I go to Whole Foods to purchase fruit mainly. I have never been able to find better fruit anywhere. I will make a special trip because I know the quality is top notch.

There’s definitely a reason this store is always booming with business. Or many reasons really. 1) Central location in Baton Rouge 2) Always clean and beautiful inside and out 3) Great quality everything it seems… we bought our Christmas tree from here this year, and it seemed like a steal at $ 60! 4) Tend to have delicious free samples a lot 5) Found out they have a little area in the front of the cash registers for kids 12& under to grab a free snack I’m a big fan of shopping and supporting local, but it’s tough(for me at least) to have a negative opinion of this store. I think they try to sell and promote healthy, and that’s part of my lifestyle. This is not my first choice for everyday food needs(mostly as it’s not my «neighborhood» grocery store) but as far as specialty items go, I’ve found I can usually count on Whole Foods having what I’m looking for.

My husband took me out for a «date» and little did I know… it was to enjoy the freshest chicken teriyaki and noodle bowl. I found my life with the first taste of the lemon grass and shrimp together with the steamy broth… yummy.

I visited during the lunch hour. I went over to the deli and ordered the Turkey sandwich on Ciabatta with a fig spread. The turkey and fig spread was a good combination. My only complaint is the bread was stale. If I’m to ever return I will ask for a sample of the bread first before placing an order. By the way the staff of really friendly.

Every visit I’ve done to Whole Foods has been worth it. They have cakes that will make you go back for more. They also have great deals around the holiday time. I am very thankful the place opened in Baton Rouge.

I like to get cooked food from the deli when I’m around a whole foods. The food that day was had no flavor and looked like it’s been sitting there a while. The whole foods in Jackson was great. Very disappointed in the quality and the price I paid for it.

— Food is excellent. — Bakery is so good. — On Saturdays they have a bucket of wings for $ 10. Delicious. — The place is clean and organized. — Perfect option for vegans, vegetarians, and organic food consumers.

This is my happy place. Sometimes, even when I don’t need anything, I just come here to walk around, take in the sights, eat some cheese and meander around their beer and wine selection. The employees have always been super friendly and helpful when I ask questions about where to find obscure ingredients(as this is the perfect place to look for those weird things you can’t find at Target). I love their less than $ 5 cheese bin, the Berry Chantilly Cake is what dreams are made of, and the Philly Cheesesteak Soup is the best present you can receive when you’re sick. Plus, this store does events like Beer and Wine Tastings for $ 15WITHFOOD! You can’t beat that with a stick, y’all. Sure, there’s a reason why they call it Whole Paycheck, but as long as you’re aware of what you’re getting into when you walk in the door, who cares? ENJOYTHERIDE.

This is only for the salad bar. I came to meet up with my older sister for lunch before she went back to work, and I came back to NOLA. The store itself is neat, clean and well organized. The restrooms were impeccable in their neat, clean orderliness. We went to the salad bar, which was clean and well stocked. The cashiers at the drink bar were friendly. The dining area was also neat and clean. This is a healthy option for quick dining.

There desserts especially berry chantilly cake and gourmet cheese such as uniekaas robusto, parrano and seaside cheddar are to die for. The fresh fruit and salad varieties are my weakness. Always delicious, fresh, and beautiful. I shop at Whole Foods religiously. I’m always impressed with the selection of healthy and delicious prepared meals in the hot cases, fresh produce and meats. They have everything from fresh sushi and bok choy noodles to couchon de lait plates. There is definitely something for everyone to enjoy here.

I give it four stars because most of the customers are rude! I can’t go in there without someone trying to run me over in an aisle. The employees are great, however. I enjoy the cheese selection most of all. I don’t come here too often because I can’t afford it, it’s usually just a somewhere I go when I need a specialty item.

This Whole Foods is one of the better Whole Foods I’ve been too. I’ve been to locations in other cities and they are… how do I say… PRETENTIOUS! This Whole Foods just feels like a nice upper crust grocery store and not the hipster heaven that I encountered in the likes of the Atlanta locations. While the prices are a bit high, there are some things that are worth it! One of those things is the Fresh Grind Honey Roasted Peanut Butter… get you some!

You can’t do a review on Whole Foods without inserting the word LOVE! Yes, I love this place. This store is located in Towne Center, which is a plus. I usually stop by after checking out the other shops. It’s the perfect spot for a healthy post workout meal. Lots of healthy options to choose from. I usually hang around the salad bar loading my container up. The bar features salad as well as lunch options for $ 8.99 per lb. If you get there early enough you can try the breakfast bar. The breakfast pizza is official! I also like the new renovations. More seating and a new juice bar. If you’re obsessing over Talenti gelato, you can find a wide variety here. This is one of my favorite places to eat and shop in Baton Rouge. It’s not just a grocery store it’s an experience!

I don’t know why it’s taken me so long to review this store cause I am here almost every day. I love this WF location and now that they have comfy chairs I just might move in! I am really impressed by the recent remodel. The flow of the hot deli and bakery area has a more airy feel to it, the dining area is much bigger and the new tables don’t wobble. The super helpful staff hasn’t changed so the remodel was a big win for the store in my opinion. I come here for the quality of the products and the people that work here. Sure I pay a bit more to enjoy that level of excellence so I am selective about my purchases. Sometimes I just come here to sit outside and hear the bird songs before they open and feed the little darlings. So it’s a given I’ll continue to enjoy shopping at the Baton Rouge location.

This is a well run, conveniently located Whole Foods location. The store is almost always clean and fairly well stocked. They are a bit on the small side in terms of produce as compared to the other locations I have frequented. Which, actually surprised me considering their new venture into locally sourced goods with the resources available to this area. All-in-all it’s a great place to buy meat and veggies if that’s what your looking for!

I love Whole Foods! Whole Foods offers a variety of products as does a regular supermarket but the thing that sets them apart is the healthier versions of all the crap you can get at the local supermarket. They offer organic, non-GMO and a wider variety of vegetarian and vegan friendly products! They have a great selection of organic produce. They offer a variety of fine wines and cheeses and their bakery is off the chain! Whole Foods has a floral department, they have a large health and wellness selection offering a variety of wholesome and natural products. They sell essential oils! I like that they sell local products as well! There are a few reasons why I love Whole Foods: –You can build a meal. Their salad bar is TODIEFOR. –Although I do not eat meat, I will occasionally treat my boyfriend to their pulled pork/briskit/meat counter. –You can order a wholesome pizza from some pretty radical guys at Whole Foods. –They sell gelato. –Pretty much everything on this list involves building and eating something at Whole Foods or taking it to go. Most importantly, the customer service at Whole Foods separates this place from every establishment in the supermarket industry. The workers are a friendly, happy and helpful people. That’s what you get when you treat your employees well. Whole Foods offers a large selection of healthy products, they’re a little pricey but well worth it. They’re an ethical company that offer competative wages: happy employees = happy customers. This is the sole reason I dedicate my time and money to Whole Foods.
