Rico Suave

I ordered the carnitas tacos. It was 3 corn tortillas filled with tender shredded pork and I chose to not add the cilantro and onions (I don’t like onions), so they added lettuce, crumbled cheese and cream. I feel the cream served more for texture than flavor, as I could not determine if it was more mayonnaise based or sour cream based.
On the side was a cup of green salsa that had a little bit of heat. The cook also suggested that I try HIS hot sauce, opposed to the bottles that they had on the counter. It was very refreshing with a bit of heat that rolled over your tongue at the end. Both went very well on my tacos.
I was very pleased with the overall quality, but felt that 9.00 was a little high, making the tacos $ 3 a piece. However everything tasted so fresh that I would probably get it again.
