For the past 2 months whenever I have tried to order pizza delivery they call and say they don’t have any drivers, or just never show up and don’t answer the phone when I try to call about it. Lately this place has gone to shit. Crap customer service and food quality isn’t what it used to be. Very disappointed.

A Manager agreed to donate pizzas to an elementary school but asked me to call again the next week. I did and then they said call back the next day (the day of the event at school) to speak to the manager and confirm. Did that and they said the manager wouldn’t be in until 4pm which was too late. I asked if anything could be done and was put on hold for twenty minutes. I called back and they hung up on me. The people at this particular Dominos have some serious issues when 4th grade students are promised pizza for a special event and then sidelined with unprofessionalism and blatant rudeness. Go to another store please!

What kind of place that thrives on delivering pizza tells its customers on the phone «Sorry we’re not taking delivery orders!» On a rainy day. That’s when they should do their most business. I’m sure this place will go under if it keeps up that kind of business mentality.

I ordered the BUILD YOUR OWN BREADBOWL PASTA with Extra Alfredo Sauce, Extra Italian Sausage, Extra Premium Chicken, the 14-​PIECE BBQ WINGS, and the 2-​PIECE CHOCOLATE LAVA CRUNCH CAKES! Let me just say that this order has been SAVED as MY DOMINO’S FAVORITE. The online process was fast, easy, and user-​friendly! The delivery was fast and right to my dormitory door and Marla, the delivery driver, was professional, courteous, and friendly! My order was 100% accurate, delicious, delectable, and scrumptious!

Let’s face it folks, it’s not haute cuisine. but it’s quick, tastes great and can be delivered to your door. This Domino’s is right outside the BTR airport, so they cater to the hotels nearby as well as the neighborhood. The menu has improved, as has the pizza. Turnaround time was great. Quality was quite acceptable. Had the specialty chicken; do wish it was just slightly larger in portion size than it was (I’m an Atkins devotee) but it was tasty and certainly low carb!
