Dr. Ferrell is the rare combination of a remarkable pediatrician and a real person. Even in her prior practice, she always went above and beyond to treat us as friends and equals in our daughter’s health care treatment. She sets the bar high for her contemporaries and we have found no finer pediatrician anywhere! Thanks Aimee!

Dr. Aimee Ferrell has opened a great private Pediatrician practice where she is able to give personalized treatment and really get to know her patients and their families. It is easy to schedule appointments, the office is clean and spacious, and she has a fantastic demeanor for both patients and their parents. I am glad I found Dr. Aimee!

Dr. Aimee Ferrell is a great pediatrician and I highly recommend her. We followed her from a large clinic in Baton Rouge to her new private practice «Butterfly pediatrics». It’s a much different experience than the big clinic atmosphere that we were used to. But we enjoy this much more. Especially with a newborn baby. The office is new and clean, you don’t have that feeling there have been a million germs in the waiting room all day long which is especially comforting with a newborn. Appointments are easy to come by, and easy to change if your schedule changes. The experience is very comfortable from beginning to end, from check in to check out. They take the time needed (even if it’s more than necessary) and you do not feel rushed in and out. They are very available for any questions and really show that they care about your child. She prescribes medicines as needed but not more, and she gives honest, sincere answers to your questions. She has 3 children of her own and I have asked the «what would you do if this was your child» question and I know she has given me straight answers. I highly recommend Dr. Aimee Ferrell at Butterfly pediatrics.

«Dr. Aimee Ferrell is an outstanding Pediatrician». My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Aimee Ferrell’s, since she was born 5.5 years ago. Proudly enough, my husband and I have never looked back on our decision to select Dr. Ferrell as our daughter’s pediatrician. Being transplants here months before she was born, we had no idea whom to choose as her physician. Dr. Ferrell is very much aligned with mine and my husband’s beliefs on when to medicate, etc, so selecting her was a no-​brainer for us. She cares about her patients and has children of her own, so she knows how to treat patients from that parental perspective as well. I love her new clinic — Butterfly Pediatrics… gives her patients so much more of a personalized experience. So, we had no problem switching our daughter from Baton Rouge Clinic Pediatrics to Butterfly Pediatrics… a smooth transition. This is her clinic and has even brought her nurses over from the other Baton Rouge Clinic. Many of you probably have had Dr. Ferrell as a doctor at the Baton Rouge Clinic and wonder where she vanished off to; well, here you go! There was a brief moment late last year we thought we had lost this wonderful doctor because she left the Baton Rouge Clinic, where we originally brought our daughter, after she was born. I did not know what to do. Then, several months after we received the news that she was no longer with the Baton Rouge Clinic, I saw a digital marquee that displayed Dr. Aimee Ferrell’s photo with Butterfly Pediatrics! I was ecstatic! Although my daughter does not make too many doctor’s visits throughout the year, only for well-​checks and a minor sinus issue, I always feel good to know that we have a doctor we trust we can go and see! My daughter was so excited to have Dr. Ferrell as her doctor again… she adores her!
