Never coming back. Food was better this time than last month when I was served a raw burger. But still this visit makes me uneasy. The staff is not friendly and just stands there when you approach the counter to order. Smh, this is very sad… And I’ve visited since sad places.

Absolutely love this place. It’s a great for when you don’t want the usual fast food burger but don’t have time for a sit down restaurant. The employees are so nice and welcoming.
The burgers are made to order and are brought out to your table when they are ready. I will definitely be back and recommend this to anyone looking for a great burger.

My husband and I took our kids there tonight for a quick bite. This was our second time at Back Yard Burgers. Their food is normally very tasty. However, once my son was three quarters of the way through his cheeseburger, he pulled a chunk of glass from his mouth and asked me why there was glass in his cheeseburger! When we alerted the manager she claimed there was no glass in the restaurant but offered to refund us for his meal. We won’t be going back.

I went to lunch here today, used to love Backyard Burgers until today.
We ordered or food and I went to fix me a glass of Sweet iced tea, that’s when I saw THE LEMON SLICES WERE BLACK AND MOLDED.
I told the manager and I quote «excuse me but I wanted to tell u that your lemon slices r black and moldy «
He walked over used the tongs in the lemon container and removed the black ones and the moldy ones through them away, DID NOT THROW THEM ALL AWAY AND BRING A NEW CONTAINER WITH FRESH LEMONS !!! Wtf
And put the same tongs back in with rest of the lemons in same infected container !
I will not be back !!!

I can eat a burger everyday and I wish they had a restaurant in New Orleans. It is always a pleasure to stop in Baton Rouge and get a burger. Best burgers in Baton Rouge! It’s worth the price.

Been eating at Backyard since I live in Florida in 2000. Best fast food burgers to me by far. I was let down when Hardee’s took over their other BR locations. Very glad at least one stayed open.

I love the customer service in the south! Everyone calls you «honey», «dear», or «sweetie»! I got better customer service here than I’ve had at «sit-​down» restaurants here in Kali.
Nice variety of burger selections. I got the pepper-​jack burger. Great char-​broiled burger delivered to my table.
I won’t hesitate to drive past McD’s or Burger Fling to eat here!

Stopped in here and there were at least five employees behind the counter. One lady shouted to a guy in the back that a customer was waiting and he walked towards the front, grabbed his drink and started drinking it in front of me and then turned and walked away completely ignoring me. After almost 5 minutes a girl came from the back and helped. All I wanted was a drink.

Good fast food place to get a turkey burger. I have have tried Burger King’s turkey and Backyard is far superior. Only downside there isn’t one near me in Texas.
The service was very fast and the place is really clean. If i’m in the Baton Rouge area I would definetly make a repeat visit.

LITERALLY… and I mean LITERALLY… the BEST fast food chain for Burgers in the COUNTRY… Why? Because the burgers include Angus Beef (high-​quality beef). They dress the burger with care. The burger TRULY tastes like a burger from a backyard BBQ (not kidding either!) … the fries are soooo good and big (wish they came with more in the box though because they are sooo good). The service is great. My only bad thing is the fact that there is only ONE in Baton Rouge and it’s Wayyyy on Seigen Lane! But it’s worth the trip :)

Always good burgers and fries and service is what you expect at a burger place in baton rouge, almost nonexistent. Workers on phones and too busy in the back or playing with each other to care about their customers. But then again they make a crappy wage so how much can we expect from them… I don’t know.

This chain here in Baton Rouge is nice. It’s pretty sanitary as far as I know. For those of you who don’t know how they operate, you order, take the number and sit, then they’ll bring the food out to you. The service was good, and the staff was overwhelmingly friendly :) but don’t count on it being consistent: x
