We eat at the Turn In for breakfast every time I’m in town to visit my parents and we always have a great meal. The prices are good, they have good specials, their pancakes are fluffy and they cook their scrapple to perfection. The waitstaff is attentive and friendly and on point for refills. Definitely the best place for breakfast in Bath.

Great service, tasty food! I’d recommend to anyone. The the breakfast wraps are delicious! My husband also claims they have the best pork roll, egg and cheese sandwich he’s ever had.

This is the most un-pretentious, dinery-est diner in the world. The food is exactly what you’d expect at a place like this. If you look up «diner» in the dictionary, you’ll see the Turn In.

Good old fashioned diner, just how I like them. Tasty eggs, hash browns, and pancakes… strong coffee… quick, friendly service… inexpensive brunch. My only complaint is that they don’t have the delicious, un-hyngenic bowl of jelly-filled diner mints! Only regular hard candy mints.

Arguably the best food in the area. I’ve hit all the area restaurants and I keep coming back to this one. Yes, this is a diner. However you look at it, the food, selection, price, service… at’s all pretty good. I’ve never gone home without a full belly and a container of leftovers. Definitely 5 stars.

If it were not for my Mother-in-Law, i would avoid this place like the plague. Breakfast is an all day/night choice. Take it and get out as soon as you can. There is nothing wrong with the service. This is a Diner, no other way to describe it. Stick with the Breakfast choices and you will be o. k; be warned it will need seasoning; Instruct the server to have your Coffee or Tea served scalding, not hot. Grits or Oatmeal needed to be cooked in salted water, it was not. It is inexpensive, a bargain and worth the trip if your in need to stretch your dollars. Sandwiches are always served with colorless/tasteless Tomatoes, even in season. Vegetables are out of a can, even with an availability of Farmer’s Markets. This place has changed hands several times, some better than others; this is the lesser. There is variety for those less jaded as i am; with good choices, too; but a Diner is a Diner. It will never be more than that to me. I worked in many out of the Can/Freezer Restaurant/Diners; Eating in many of them, when i trekked across the country; this type of food and presentation is no more or less the same; and that was 40 years ago. Do not order the Potato Soup, it will lay in your Stomach for Hours. Cream of Whatever AND Bisque Types are Glorified Wallpaper Pastes. Thick, Tasteless and Served Warm, not Hot. i have had the cream of potato, as previously mentioned and had, Today… The Seafood Bisque… the fish definitely swam in the waters surrounding, landlocked Bath, of the Great Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Stick with the Soups made from Stock and not thickened in any way; and you will be fine.

Rude hostess and the waitress was cold to put it nicely. Food was mediocre at best.

My 1st time here. Been past this place before & actually use the service station next door to get my kids dirtbike tires flats fixed. But back to review, entry area is somewhat small w/some tables &8 counter seats. Another dining area is to right of entry. Waitress was very good, didn’t have to ask for coffee refilled, she was on it. I had the Breakfast Feast. 2 eggs, 1 pancake, 1 French toast, homefries & bacon. All for $ 7. Which included the java &OJ. Place is a basic Pa diner, but better then most in area. Will go back. 3.5 Stars.
