Sorry have to downgrade the rating. Last couple of times the roast pork and duck were just not good. Not fresh or tasty. Went downhill since they opened. Prob not coming back.

Menu is simple but price is acceptable. I love their noodles with soup. The employees are all very nice too.

had lunch here as a bunch of other places were packed and we parked nearby. the service is spotty — you really need to flag someone down. but they seemed to acknowledge you and just had a delay in servicing because they are quite busy. we ordered the roasted meats and the portion always feels small. i rather pay more so i dont feel like i am not getting enough meat for lunch. for an affordable meal, cant really complain too much but it wasn’t anything spectacular.

We ate here because the other restaurant we wanted to eat at was busy. It is like other shops that offer plates of rice or noodles with some type of meat or vegetables. The food was unremarkable with the exception of the«roast pig» not to be confused with the«roast pork» or char siu. My mother in law had dumplings with noodles. The noodles were very dry. They just plopped the 4 dumplings on top of the noodles. I would not recommend this dish. My husband had the tripe over rice. That too was unremarkable and lacked flavor. He only ordered this because the casserole meal he wanted was going to take 50 minutes to cook. I ordered a 3 meat platter consisting of roast pig, BBQ spare ribs, roast duck. There were 4 pieces of spare ribs, about 6 pieces of roast pig, and 4 pieces of roast duck. This dish for $ 8 did not come with rice. I also ordered chinese vegetables which was devoid of any flavor. We would only go back for take out roast pig not for any meals. I would not recommend eating here.

Went here with Wife to try out to see if reviews by Unilocalers are right. We arrived late in the day, about 2:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday, not very busy. We ordered wontons with broad noodles, roast duck and eel pot rice dish. They were short on the broad noodles so they filled with egg noodles. The wontons were very delish, noodles filling, broth was bland. The eel rice dish had an overwhelming taste of cilantro which killed that dish for me. The roast duck was delicious, crisp skin and marinated just right. It was not the best but high on the list for good. Service was very friendly, treated like family.

If you come here for take-out, call ahead well in advance and double check your food because I walked in with my mom and all we ordered was a roast pork rice, fish ball noodle, and veggies and we waited for about an hour while everyone who came in after us left before us. This is supposed to be food that’s fast to order. We stood there in front of the register and they somehow gave our fish ball noodle to someone else by mistake and didn’t give other customers their correct noodles. They also frustratingly did not start making our veggies until others’ orders were done. I really like how they make everything fresh but unless their food tastes amazing, I would never come back here again.

*Take-out only* My parents recommended this restaurant to me after having a good experience here and we tried out their roast duck which I really enjoyed! It was moist, fat, juicy, and delicious! The meat is really tender and seasoned just right. It’s not that big inside the restaurant, just a few tables — so not ideal for a big family dinner. I’ve only done take-out here and mostly for their roast duck because it’s just that good! The secret sauce is full of flavor and deliciousness! The staff here are very nice, friendly, and helpful. The prices are quite cheap here and definitely affordable. I will definitely take some time to try out their other menu items. Hopefully they will be as good as their yummy roast duck!

Went there cuz i saw they have instant steam noodle, my favorite. So this morning i decided to try it out, went in ask for chicken and beef like the typical places, but realized they actually chop it off the hanging duck, cha seal etc as ingredient, which is really nice. Cuz other places have the froZen ingredients. they offer me to sit and a tea. The people there seems nice. The the noodle is actually better than what i had in mind because there is a lot of meat and you can really taste the cha seal and cripsy pig. See my pic. I ate it in my car while it was hot.

The staff are very friendly. We ordered the 2 vegetable side — Chinese vegetables and Chinese broccoli– very good. We had the roast pig — very crispy skin. Our favorite was the 2 meat BBQ– the pork was amazing and the soy sauce chicken was also delicious. They take credit cards and cash. The restrooms were clean. The restaurant is very nice and casual. Great find in this area.

This place has great roast pig. The skin is so crispy but not greasy. Best roast pig I had on 86th St Bklyn. Also the clay pot rice(rice casserole) is not bad and at a affordable price. They also sell it to go.

great customer service. Wow. Had the pork congee, best congee I’ve had in such a long time. Seasoned beautifully, and thats saying something since I’m Chinese and I eat congee on a regular basis, not to mention the prices are so ridiculously low its crazy. I rarely write ratings but this place deserved one. Great job.

Only come here if you have no choice, they just opened and it’s supposed to be good, not even the attention is good they obviously don’t know how to run a restaurant
