This club has the most helpful staff ever, friendly and just really make it a great shopping experience, from the greeting when you walk in to the staff willing to help you either find what you’re looking for or help you load your purchase into your car.

I needed two tires for my trailblazer so I called yesterday see if they would have time to get me in. They said they accept appointments and said it would take an hour. I made an appointment for 1 o’clock. I was there at 12:45 to start the process. There were several other people in front of me in line that did not have appointments. They said it was running a little bit long but it would be finished in 2 hours. They asked if that’d be okay. I said it would be as long as it was no longer than that. I left, got some lunch, made a couple other stops, then came back at quarter to three. When I got there they still had not even started my car. They were however finishing up the people in front of me that did not have appointments. He said it was going to be another two hours before mine would be done. Needless to say I was not about to trust these clowns or their sense of time. I asked for a refund and they did give it to me. I had to take off from work to get this done and that’s money I lost. I went and complain to a manager he said you’re right that is a long time to wait and that’s all he had to say. I’m never going back to the store for anything due to the incompetence of management and their team.

Only went once! Liked it so far. The store was pretty nice, well stocked & the lady who gave me my membership was cool same for the cashier who rung up my friend & my stuff, she was pretty nice & sweet. The only problem I had was with the loser who checked my receipt she was very sarcastic & dropped my receipt in my friends box after I handed it to her. Other than that I’ll go back!

I purchased a tv brought it home and noticed a lot of screen tearing and laggy display, found that the tv was misrepresented by LG to Sam’s I contacted the store and the 2 managers Steve and Eric took care of me and let me upgrade to another tv. I appreciate the courteous professional attitude the management team and associates had during my visits.

High standards, friendly service, great in stock, great pricing, well merchandised, and friendly cashiers. Overall, a VERYGOOD Club to shop at. We have lived in many cities and shopped many SAMs Clubs and this one is GREAT! We’ve had ZERO issues in three years with this Club. None at all.

Nice customer service and many lanes open to keep the lines short. I have to say this Sam’s was set up like a Costco. I still hate that I have to be checked when I am leaving the store. I had three items and it took the guy a minute to count it.
