I’ve had a few minor repairs performed at the Aurora location. They’ve been very helpful and turned around the repairs within hours if not sooner. Very friendly staff too. I hope more businesses with this kind of customer service move into the downtown area.

After my first triathlon I brought my bike here, because I was having an issue with the gears. It was a simple fix, but Seamus was working and he showed me how to take care of the problem myself next time. Also my tire had a slow leak, and while he repaired my tire he walked me through what he was doing step by step. He was courteous, and professional I really felt like he wanted to help me learn. He never seemed annoyed by my questions, and believe me there were a lot. I found this place from riding by it on the Prairie Path, and I am glad I did. I will definitely be back to this store.

At «All Spoked Up» bike shop, the owner Matt and his staff aim to please. I was searching for a Kona cyclocross bike that is hard to find in my size for taller riders. The team went out of their way to schedule me for demo rides on multiple bikes for sizing purposes, including their personal bikes. The shop is located on the Fox River Trail and set up perfectly for test rides. We ended up making a deal to build a custom bike to my exact specifications at a price that I couldn’t refuse. I am thrilled with my purchase and very happy that I made the drive out to Batavia to check this place out.

I think the other reviewers have said it as well as can be said: this place rocks. Definitely my favorite bike shop in the Fox Valley. Terrific staff who know bicycles, love what they are doing and are always helpful. I had to have a major overhaul on the old bike, and expected to wait a week or more for it(which is what my old bike shop used to need for the work.) Done the next day and at a reasonable price. Stopped in for a pair of gloves on the first cold day this fall — and while I was shopping they topped off the tires — no charge!(Nice selection of gloves, BTW.) Can’t say enough about the manager or the staff. Nice work, guys!

When I decided to buy a new bike I visited 12 bike stores in the Western Suburbs. After spending about an hour with Bryan(Manager) and Scott(Mechanic) I was sure I wanted to buy my bike from All Spoked Up. They took the time to listen to my needs and desires and find the right bike for me. A week later, I came back and purchased an awesome Kona Jake. After having riding my bike about 60 miles I decided the shifting and braking was not where I needed it to be, the guys in the shop took the time to work on it on the spot. I took it out for another 35 miles, came back and they made a few more adjustments. The gus were determined to make sure I was happy with my new ride. You can buy a bike online or from a big box store, but you will never get the customer service of a place like All Spoked Up. Even though I don’t live close to Batavia, the level of service and expertise offered by All Spoked Up makes the drive worthwhile.

Went into All Spoked Up to grab a rental bike about a month ago. The staff was great, and I was in and out in 10 mins, ready to hit the trails. Came back again today to look for TWO bikes to purchase — one for me, one for my husband. The owner, Matt, was terrific about suggesting potential bikes based on our discussion of how we’d be using them, then got us out on the path lining the river to have us test each one.(He even took me out on my first test ride and showed me how to switch gears, which I sadly did not know how to do for myself.) We were planning to buy the bikes today, but after we’d made our selections(a Schwinn Signature hybrid for me, a Kona mountain bike for him), we double-checked reviews for those bikes online — and noticed the prices were comparable to the lowest prices online. And — in fact — Matt actually gave us a deal as we bought two, so… the total purchase actually ended up being less expensive than ordering online.(I hate«showrooming» anyway and don’t do it myself, but I know plenty of people do, so I feel like that’s worth mentioning.) The service and expertise alone are totally worth stopping in for. There were lots of people coming in off the trails — for air, for accessories, to shop. Busy but we still got plenty of attention. Plus, they were just fun people — it was a nice, no-pressure way to spend a few hours. AND they added a kickstand to my husband’s bike for free, as it wasn’t equipped with one from the manufacturer. We’re thrilled with our purchases, and this shop. Totally recommend. UPDATE: Brought my bike in during a ride this morning because the flimsy little clips holding my cables kept coming off(not an ideal placement for people who keep bikes on racks, but I digress — it’s a minor manufacturer issue.) Came in to see if they sold replacement clips, and they told me people usually zip tie the cables into place once clips start coming off(which apparently they do for everyone who uses bicycle racks on their vehicles.) Then they zip tied my cables up for me. And wouldn’t let me pay. Seriously, this shop is gold! I’m so grateful.

I stopped in here after disappointing experience at Prairie Path. Very friendly staff and they were able to diagnose the problem with my bike and fixed it on the spot. The tech that worked on my bike was great. Stop here if you need a repair. I will be back. Thanks guys!

Matt and his staff are great. I had a hard time finding the bike for me at other area shops. He asked where and how I was going to ride, and kept within my budget. Afterwards, service has been prompt and reasonable. I feel like I have a relationship with this shop and I give them the highest recommendation possible

I have been to All Spoked Up several times and I have had excellent customer service every time. I have not feel pressured by the salesman which is very important to me, and they are not snotty like some other bike shops in the area come off as. The prices are extremely competitive. I haven’t had my bike serviced there yet, but I plan to do it on Sunday. For anybody looking for a bike, accessories or service I’d suggest All Spoked Up.

I was not impressed by this shop at all. I went in one day looking for a floor style bike pump for my bike. I went it and no one really greeted me I had to go looking for someone… I really don’t know why as the store was empty on a Saturday… the only reason I went it was on the path I ride on… that may be the only positive I can say is the location is good. So when I finally found someone the man showed me one floor style pump even though I saw 2 different styles sitting there… and when I told him what kind of bike I had he just handed me one… told me nothing about it and pushed me over to cashier(I understand a bike pump is a bike pump… but as a new rider I would like a little information). When I did ask a question I was made to feel like an idiot. But I needed one and was a little short on time so I purchased it took it home and ripped out the tube on my bike because they sold me a cheap crappy pump… so I went to my regular place where I bought both of my bikes and they sold me the right pump that I paid good money for, but totally worth it and my normal bike shop actually told me why the other one didn’t work and how to use the one I purchased. So if you want poor customer service and no help and you want to feel like a idiot afterwards ride over here… I will not be coming back even if it was the last bike shop in the world I would rather walk. I gave them 2 stars because they have bikes… and they had stuff.

Stopped in here on the GITy Up! bike tour, determined to visit every bike shop on the Prairie Path and Fox River Trail. I love a bike shop that supports trail riders. A friend had patched a flat earlier and we stopped to get the tube replaced. Done in no time, they also checked out another rider’s 3 speed. With two mechanics on duty, we were in and out in a jif. I picked up some shorts, a few stickers, and was on my way. Before we left they offered a great recommendation for a group of parched riders to get a beer or two — Coach House. We went straight there. Love a shop that supports the home town. They carry Norway bikes, a great handbuilt line, as well as Kona, Schwinn, and a few more. I might be back to test a Norway, they looked really sharp. Stop in for those. No Active Trans discount if you’re used to bike shops that support ATA. Batavia was a surprise for me, had never been, but liked it a lot and will be back to visit.
