A Mirror Image

Great service, great group of people, always a great experience. I am in construction business, and we deal with ‘a mirror image all the time’. I would highly recommend them for any size or type of job. Anything from a piece of glass, or mirror, to custom shower glass.

They are awesome! Brooke was very helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different shower doors to us. She knows her stuff. The guys that came out to measure were equally as knowledgeable and took the time to answer our questions and gave us some direction. The install crew was efficient, polite, and took pride in their work. They were quick as well! We had shower doors installed by them a few months back and absolutely love them! I’d definitely check them out before going to one of the chain stores in the area for glass door needs.

Cudos to this small business! They did a glass shower surround for our master bath. They were the second company I called and I’m glad I found them. They saved me about 33% over my first quote. Surround is installed and it looks perfect. Great craftsmanship. Great quality materials. Everything exactly as quoted. All appointments kept as promised. Highly recommend this business.

They did a custom shower door for us and we were satisfied. Like the other reviewer it had to be adjusted after a few weeks due to a clicking hinge. But they rushed out free of charge and corrected.
Turned out I could have tightened it myself. Just a turn of a screw.
They did a great job measuring for the glass, we are super happy with it. We’ve recommended them to others. We were going to buy one of the pre-​fab ones from a big box store, BOY AM I GLAD we didn’t! There’s no comparison in look and quality — REGARDLESS of what the salesmen for the pre-​fab ones pitch. You’ll see them on the internet and on Youtube, but I doubt you’ll like the results if you go that route.
It’s a couple hundred more to go this way, peanuts in the grander scheme of things.

We remodeled our master bathroom a few months ago and A Mirror Image installed the frameless glass shower enclosure. I had quotes from several local companies and also an out of state company (provides glass only through local tempering plant, install would have been DIY). A Mirror Image was the lowest installed quote by a significant amount, and was only $ 100 more than the DIY option. Dave came out to measure and after we gave him the okay to order the glass, the shower was installed within a week.
The glass was Starphire glass low-​iron, ultra clear glass (i.e. less of a green tint than standard glass) from Oldcastle — a major tempered glass supplier.
I do have to take ½ star off because the door was not adjusted exactly right at the install, and a technician had to come out a couple of months later to adjust the door. But, when I called with the issue, they sent someone the very next day, so service was prompt.
So, 4 ½ stars for A Mirror Image. Heavy glass doors area pricey addition to a bathroom, so it’s nice to find a company with lower prices that does good work. I would definitely use them again.
