Ordered from here today at around 4:15pm online. The pizza arrived incorrect so I called back and was promised a correct pizza in 20 – 30 minutes. An hour later I called back and it took several minutes and 3 employees to even get them to understand what I was asking for. I finally talked to the same person again and she said everyone was confused and she would send it when a driver arrived. She said she was sorry, but I asked for credit. They wouldn’t do it on this order, but they would put a credit on my account. This is not the first time I’ve ordered from them and they always seem to mess it up one way or another. I don’t know who the GM is, but they obviously could care less about service or customers.

I placed my order online. 15 minutes later went to pick it up. Waited to even be acknowledged for a good while now.10−15 The staff here is not that good. I use to work here and it isn’t a hard job. The food is a hit and miss whether it’s right or not. The phone has rung 5x since I’ve been waiting to pick up my food. This is a shame. Dominoes is right down the street from me.

Would give no stars if possible. We just moved to Bastrop and we are having a movie and pizza night… Ordered pizzas and here we are 1 hour 45 minutes later, still with no pizza. Called back to Pizza Hut to find out what the status is. Talked to Heather, the manager, just excuses and«hey we only have one driver tonight…» Not happy… Whatever happened to customer service? No more excuses. Make it happen Heather.

It’s what you’d expect from a Pizza Hut. Their remodel made the interior very echoey so it can get pretty loud. Food is good, never had a problem.

Eh nothing to write home about. Staff wasn’t that friendly but I got my pizza to go so didn’t have to deal with them to long. The place was clean from what I saw. Pizza was hot, I’d go back but only for to go orders.

my experience, call in order, james, the order take, informs me this is his first day on the phones, several corrections later my order is complete, this is at 4:45pm. i was told my pick up time is at 5:05, and ask if this was correct because i was carrying 60 lbs of ice on the back seat headed to our restaurant. so i get there at 5:05 and pizza still not even in the over. i was handed pizza at 5:22, and there WRONG. so i take them as is cause i have hungry kids and a soaked seat so who is to blame… always check your food, it will be wrong, i would bet, they have a bad history of messing order up

Recently remodeled, it’s gotten better. Waitress failed to order the crust we ordered, but was kind enough to knock a few dollars off and offer a new pizza to take home. Will go back and give them another opportunity.
