We had a problem with water in our basement I wasnt sure where it was coming from. I called the Drain man and Ray and his assistant came out within about 30 minutes and discovered it was the ejector pump that stopped working. They were extremely polite and friendly. I will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends.

Found this family owned local business through the Bartlett Chamber of Commerce. They arrived less than an hour after I called them for a water heater replacement. The job was done quickly and professionally. Ray (my namesake, we hit it off immediately because of that) is the nicest guy you’d ever want to work with — and HONEST. There was a slight error in figuring the final bill — he called me later that same day and offered to return immediately with the overpayment. I will definitely use them again for additional plumbing needs.
