Michael and Advanced Floors were awesome. Installed 700 sq ft of bamboo hardwood flooring. They also installed ¼ inch plywood underneath. Installed shoe molding throughout the whole bottom floor. Price was right and quality of work was awesome. Michael stopped by multiple times before to answer questions that I had about the floor and sub floor. I have already started planning on him to lay tile in my kitchen.

We had advanced flooring install new wood flooring to match our current wood flooring in the kitchen. They also refinished all the wood and re stained so it would all match. They were on time every day, kept us informed as to what stage they were in the process, and provided stain samples. Not only that, they were suppose to finish the job when we were away for the weekend. They ran into a snag, couldn’t finish it while we were away, so they paid for us to stay in a hotel for a night! They also provided a cleaning service for clean up after as it got very dusty. All this for a more than reasonable price. Give them a call, you’ll be glad you did!

Very happy with the work Advanced did, they refinished my wood floors and it turned out great. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for wood floor refinishing !

Michael J. Corso is a thief! My mother hired him to refinish the hand-​carved balusters for our stair rail. He took them and never returned them. He also did not return repeated phone calls asking what happened to the balusters.
My mother was dying from cancer at the time and in her weakened condition she almost broke her neck because she did not have a railing to hold onto going down the stairs.
I have never written such a negative review before. Please do not do business with this man — he should be in jail!

My original review was so negative and angrily written that it got filtered by Unilocal.Suffice it to say that the Better Business Bureau gives Advanced Floors a grade of F (on a scale of A+ highest to F lowest). This business deserves the grade. We hired them to refinish the hand-​carved balusters for our stair rail. The owner took the balusters and never returned them. When we called him (repeatedly) to find out what he was doing, he never returned our calls. My advice is to take your business elsewhere.
