Second time to this McAlisters, and the experience was great again. I had the Spud Max. It was large and had a great flavor. I came after the lunch hour rush and the tables had been cleaned and ready for guests. The staff was friendly during outer experience.

If I could 10 stars I would. Not only is the food outstanding, their service is off the charts. We had an event with 60+ people. They catered the breakfast and dinner. They did outstanding! Delivered to a little over an hour away on time and made sure everything was perfect. I will always use them when I’m around Bartlesville.

The food is ok. The prices are way too hight for quantity and quality. The sweet tea and cookies are really the best things on the menu. The Mac n cheese is good too.

My sandwich (the pastrami & corned beef) was ok — it was a little soggy. The sides are hit and miss. I think I’ll go back and try some more of their sandwiches and sides — maybe I just haven’t found what everyone loves.
The pumpkin cheesecake wasn’t bad.

Delicious ! Not one in California so when I come to Oklahoma this is a must !!! Just came yesturday and the service was excellent, the girl was very sweet and so helpful !! I got the club and a soup, all soo good !! Definetly coming back before I leave !

I was disappointed by my meal here, especially considering the price. The Greek salad was some okay lettuce with lots of black olives, meh feta, and soggy cucumbers and tomatoes. My husband’s sandwich was also blah, nothing special at all. At least the service was cheery and the cookies were tasty!

This restaurant offers plenty of food choices, most which taste very good. There is some similarity in taste for the food in each style (panini, club, salad, etc.), but even the worst sandwich at McAlister’s is still better than many other places.
The tea is very good, and the wait staff keeps it flowing when dining in. They regularly visit the tables to offer refills, and they are very quick to clean up the tables when the patrons leave. The staff is friendly and often remembers return visitors.
If I’m going to eat out with friends or coworkers and nobody can decide on a location, McAlister’s is most often always my default option. It’s not the cheapest restaurant, but the portion sizes are just right and the staff is friendly, so I’m a fan!

The only reason this place isn’t rated better is because of the service. You can order something and literally be waiting for a half an hour… most of the time.
Sometimes, if the manager is there, he’ll bring the food out in 10 minutes.
