Ordered a beer, it was poured but she forgot to give it to me for 5 minutes, I ordered a Swiss cheeseburger med. rare — I got a over cooked (well done) American cheese Berger — enough said!

We were traveling thru town and stopped for lunch. Both of us ordered the Casey burger and split chips and salsa. The chips were light and very good. The burgers were good as well. The service was fast.

Went to go eat there today with my brother so we could get the deal for the cheaper movie tickets.
I did enjoy the appetizer, which was bacon cheese fries.
The rest of the food was 90% wasted by me.
The baked potato was kind of hard as if it was old, the chicken strips that I ordered with fries and a baked potato was kind of squish and disgusting. The fries were okay, but not amazing.
Overall a 1/​5, because ever since I’ve felt sick to my stomach and feel like throwing up. Plus, I now have the poops.
I don’t plan on ever eating there again.
Hope this help for anybody that decides to go eat there in the future.
A no-​go.

The service was slow even though there weren’t many people there. I ordered the cranberry salad, which I have had here before. They have really gone down hill. I could have made a better salad at home without even a trip to the grocery store. Save yourself the trouble and go across the parking lot for a cheaper, fresher, better meal at McAlister’s.

Not sure how this place stays open. Bland food and v e r y slow service. Took 20 mins just to get 2 waters. 50 mins for food. This wasnt just a «B» team day. This is a constant thing for them. Wont be back.

Eating with wife. Order my fajita’s and were perfect, my wife ordered nachos and when she got th they barly had any refried beans. We sent them back and waited about 10 min and I am well into my meal and no waitress. I found here and just asked her to cook a hamburger. When we got the hamburger it was raw. The manager stopped by and ask us how it was and comped is her meal. The waitress was nice. But a less than expected experience here

I was in town on business. It was a freezing snowy night and the place was nearly empty at 8pm. Knowing I was going to have a steak filled week in Kansas and Oklahoma I ordered the turkey burger. I don’t think that was a wise move. It was just ok without much seasoning. It came with a side salad and no fries… I guess they think you are healthy if you are ordering turkey. Salad was good. Waiter was super nice. Other food looked good I just think I made a bad choice.
