Buffalo Wild Wings

This was the fourth time we acquired food from Buffalo Wild Wings, but the first time we chose to dine in. In our previous encounters, the extended length of time it took to get an order of wings had been mitigated by drive time there or by shopping in the mall (where they are located). This time, we sat and waited… and sat and waited. When I inquired of the waitress as to how much longer, she apologized, claiming that the kitchen was «slammed». However, the picture I posted shows the restaurant less than ¹⁄₃ full, making her claim most likely their standard answer to a perpetually slow kitchen. We ordered two large orders of wings and an appetizer. The app itself took 20 minutes, and only after informing the waitress that in 5 minutes we were leaving, did our wings «magically» appear. The food was reasonably good, however their chronic slowness and apathy, makes it is unlikely we will return.

I went to the Bartersville location on weekdays. Despite all the 3 reviews I took the chance. But I was very pleased with the quick service. Waiters were really nice and quick I had no issues with the service and food was good too.

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Bartlesville this past weekend to watch the US in the Women’s World Cup finals. When we arrived, about a half hour before the game, the place was practically empty. I requested a table for 5, and we were seated in the bar area. The rest of my party arrived about 2 minutes later, and I realized I had miscounted and there were actually 6 of us. We asked to be moved, and they pointed to a table with extremely limited TV visibility (we had already stated we were there specifically to watch the game). We reminded the host that we needed to see the screens, and asked if we could push two square tables together so we could all fit. He was clearly confused by this request, and said «Not to my knowledge»… really? The tables did NOT appear to be anchored to the floor in any way, so I’m not sure why this wasn’t an option. Either way, we were treated like an inconvenience for making such a simple request… annoying.
At this point, several servers had gathered around us, and none of them seemed to know what to do with us. Again, the restaurant was practically empty, and all we were asking for was a table for 6 with good visibility of a TV. Finally, after I made the suggestion to seat us in the dining room, we were seated, but by this point we all had our phones out looking for other options. We left and found another venue to watch the game. Not really surprising, given the experiences I’ve had at their other locations, but disappointing that the only «sports bar» in town was such a mess.

I did see some of the negative reviews but decided to still give BWW a try. The restaurant was not that busy (I went on a Sunday evening at 9pm). I proceeded to sit at the bar and was greeted immediately. Received my drink right away and then ordered my food. My food arrived in about 5 min or less and I was pleasantly surprised. Received everything I ordered and never had an empty drink. Great service and very attentive staff from my experience.

Our group of 12 arrived at 11:30. The place was practically empty which should have warned us of trouble. We placed our orders — mostly off the «quick lunch» menu. At 12:15 we began asking about our food, as our kids had to be back at school at 12:50. The second time we asked about the food we informed the staff that if the food didn’t come in the next couple of minutes we would leave. At 12:30 we began to get our food, but ordered items never showed up. Some of our group got their checks before they got their food. The server got our checks mixed up also. It was overpriced and horribly slow.

I hate to say but very disappointing. We have been in here several times and service was poor because this is the 3^rd new waitress we have the three times we have been here. How do we know they tell us when they apologize for not knowing the products on the menu. All have been nice don’t get me wrong but nice don’t make a good experience. Our meals cam out exactly 12 min for each other. The waitress didn’t keep drinks full and rarely checked with us and was in passing when she did. Not normal for us and I hate being negative but here we go

Poor, poor service. It was if we were non-​exist any. Like the food but the service is continuing to decline.

As previous posters stated: service horrible, food ok, but took over 30 minutes to arrive. In addition the place smelled terrible. No idea what it was. Would not return.

Food was normal Buffalo Wild Wings decent. The staff is horrible. Took several minutes for anyone to acknowledge that i wanted to be seated. Wanted to sit in a booth, but all of them were dirty. 5 people asked us if we were being helped and we told all of them we were waiting for a clean booth, yet no one bothered to actually get off their butt and clean one. I think we got the only decent waiter in the place and the wait on the food was way too long. In short, decent food and horrible service.

I was visiting Bartlesville from Houston for work and was looking for a convenient, easy place to go after I arrived to eat dinner and watch some Sunday night football. Naturally this was an easy, familiar choice. I was initially a little hesistant because this restaurant is connected to the mall, and from some of the previous reviews, but went for it anyways.
I was by myself since nobody else from my workgroup had arrived yet, so I took a seat at the bar. The place was pretty empty considering there was still a big game on that night, but what can you expect for a small town? The bartender/​waitress there was absolutely amazing (I think she told me her name was V?). As soon as I sat down (after checking my ID of course… they’re strict here in OK) she took my drink order and my food order and had both out extremely fast. Nobody at the bar ever had an empty drink and she managed to do this while still fulfilling the other ‘bar orders’ from the restaurant. Her and the rest of the staff were very friendly and met or exceeded what I have come to expect from a BWW.
So if you’re in town, and want to eat a familiar chain with friendly staff, this is definitely a place to go.

Water tastes horrible.
Waitress 1 wouldn’t help us.
Waitress 2 missing in action.
Food took 40+ minutes to arrive.
Missing one person’s order.
Manager came to table but seemed annoyed.
Got coke instead of water, tasted better but was flat.
Waited 10 minutes for check after they already took the plates away.
The only upside is the wings were really good.

This could be a great place if it didn’t have maggots working at it, they never wash their hands and play grab ass with the customers like the waitresses are in heat. Some look like Meth addicts and other employees just look like kids there to play. Needs good management and it could be really good.
