The Manager was very nice! Great Customer service and Hospitality

On my way to Vegas, I made a stop to the Levi’s outlet and it’s here where I lost something extremely important to me, a bracelet, and my heart sank when I realized this was missing but I never stopped believing that it’d find its way back to me. I am an optimist and believe the best in people. Tammy, the manager, confirmed GOOD PEOPLE DO EXIST and there are plenty out there! I BELIEVE! I called and called and when she called me back to let me know they found it, I was elated with joy! It’s an extremely tiny fragile piece but somehow they found it and returned it to me! I am forever grateful!
Didi I also mention, i got jeans for $ 19.99, trucker jacket for $ 39.99 — amazing deals and honest service! What more can you ask for! I love it! Thank you again!

One star, because there was NOTHING here that we could purchase. And we’re not all that picky. But hey, let’s be honest, I’m not the same size I was a few years ago, but really, the highest size you carry is a 9? Do you know that we’re headed back from the desert? That most people probably gorged away at a buffet all weekend long. Then you want me to squeeeeeeeeze into skinny jeans with a muffin top big enough that Miss Muffet could fit here whole family on? But a size 9? Dislike.
Moving forward though, BF couldn’t find much of anything that was ‘sale’ price enough to warrant purchasing it here. No one greeted us, no one offered to help us. Actually, as I was standing in front of the wall shelves of jeans, two girls were putting away jeans. And did NOTHING. Not a smile, not a hello, not a ‘let me get out of your way fatty so you can see that we don’t have anything in extra-​cow’ … NADA.
Considering that there isn’t much business in this outlet section, it would be due diligence for these employees to exude a little more friendly customer service. Attitudes like that almost force me out the door as soon as I walk in.

can’t beat $ 19.99 levis that go for $ 40 to $ 50 at the malls. the associates here are very attentive and helpful. it’s a pretty big store too. Dont get scared of entering the outlet, most of it is closed down because of the economy but vans and levis are still in there.

Huge, huge, huge!!!
This Levi’s outlet is huge. They have mens, womens, and teen apparel here. Lots of cute stuff at somewhat discounted prices. It is Levi’s so it is a bit on the pricey side no matter if you buy in an outlet or a department store.
However, the story I have to tell is beyond the clothing this store has between its walls. Despite the signs touting dressing rooms, I actually saw a woman trying on a pair of jeans in the middle of an aisle. Her husband/​boyfriend/​partner/​significant other (whoever he was) was there to somewhat hide her, but it was pretty obvious what she was doing when I could see her bare leg and underwear. Tell me why!!! Why oh why do we all need to see this when it plainly states there is a dressing room to try on clothing? Maybe she couldn’t read English, I don’t know. But no one needs to see a woman’s bare leg and underwear in public trying on jeans like that. The next time, please use a dressing room. That’s all any of us ask.
So the next time you happen to come to the outlets in Barstow, just beware there may be people trying on clothes in the aisles. :p
And on another note, the girl at the check-​out was nice. It was kinda funny. She was bordering on flirting with the customers, but she was very friendly and provided service with a smile.
