Versa Medi Spa

I go to this spa for laser treatments, I use Susan, I highly recommend her, she is honest, no drama, no scare tactics & only makes me feel better about my skin, even on my worst day. I have been getting treatments for about 3 yrs now and I believe I am in a much better place than I was 3 yrs ago with my skin. I like Dr Vandam’s professionalism with my follow up appointments, again no drama, he is straight forward and personable. My only hiccup is scheduling appointments, it’s so hard to get in and I am terrible at planning ahead that I wind up weeks out from where I was hoping to be, but they are kind and patient with my impatience. I highly recommend them.

After researching a few of the Dermatologist/​Med Spa locations & checking them out, Versa Medi Spa stood out! Their staff is professional, impressive & friendly —-
–Receptionist, Michelle, was friendly & helpful.
–I met with Cheryl first who explained their services & provided me with enough information to make a decision.
–Once I decided on a treatment, I was assigned to their nurse, Susan, who was the best!!! When she explained the procedure to me, she never spoke down to me. She had a great sense of humor & put me at ease. During the procedure, she kept checking up on me. After the procedure, she explained what I should & should not do. Then she must have read my mind because she assured me that she wrote those instructions down for me.
Since I had a terrible experience at another Dermatology/​Spa facility over one year ago, I started wondering if they are all the same. But Dr. Van Dam’s facility proved me wrong.

Unbelievably turned off by the lack of professionalism I just encountered this morning. Had I not prepaid for a package I would not be coming back. When I scheduled my next appointment after my last session, the receptionist scheduled my appointment too soon so she cancelled it and put me in a week later for July 6. Had a sneaking suspicion she messed it up because I didn’t get a confirmation call the night before, I call to confirm and surprise I’m not on the schedule for today. The receptionist today was completely rude and unapologetic, my only option is waiting another 3 weeks. My appointment doesn’t even take the entire time, god forbid they try and fix their mistake.

Both the dermatologist and the med-​spa are phenomenal. Worth every penny! I am more than willing to pay if what I am paying for is worth it. I have been going here for years and have never felt like I am spending money for nothing. At this rate, I will continue going to this location as long as I have dermatological needs!

Bridget is AMAZING!!! I have been going to her for years and she made my skin clear, beautiful, and acne free. She is very nice and thorough. She goes above and beyond and does amazing work. I will continue to go to her for years to come. She always gets back to me the next day when I leave a message at the office.
