I had an account here when it first opened (as a kid), and I still have one. Everyone here is super helpful, and most of the people I remember from when I was younger are still here. It’s to the point where certain staff members know my mom’s name and are able to help her (she still has an account here, even though she now lives out of state).
A great local bank, and an alternative to the terrible service from other banks in town (I know of nothing but complaints from BMO Harris).
