Pat is an awesome guy and took excellent care of us when we arrived in town. We were here from Florida to attend a family reunion to celebrate the folks 92nd and 91st birthdays. He went above and beyond to make sure that we had a good rim still, 5 new tires, and new rear brakes. Thanks again Pat, and I still owe you a coffee and bagel with cream cheese!

I found Quality Tires while in Barnegat visiting my parents, I couldn’t have been happier with the service and value I found there I needed four new tires for my Honda Accord, and stopped in to check it out. Pat helped me pick out the right tires. He assessed my needs (I’m selling the car in a few months) and helped me with my choices. He wasn’t pushy, trying to sell me over priced tires I didn’t need.
The tires were put on quickly and I was on my way!
I will be making the trip there again soon for my other car and I told my parents that they must bring their car here for service too.

My review is a completely accurate account of my experience with Quality Tire. I was messaged by the new owner and asked to take down my review. My experience stands and I leave it up to the new owner to rise above it. If your people care about customer experience, have some manners and don’t view your patrons as walking dollar signs it shouldn’t be too hard. With STS Tire and Auto opening a stone’s throw away I think you have bigger problems than one review could cause
