Cicero’s Pizza

Been going to this place even before it was Ciceros; used to be called Gems. Love the pizza here, Sicilian is my favorite, but also love the buffalo chicken and the chicken bacon ranch. Dinners and sandwiches are also good and have a pretty nice selection. Great little pizza place that has been in Rockland a long time.

Good pizza, large variety, eat in or take out. Staff is friendly. I called for a delivery and the food was still hot. No complaints about the food but the owner is miserable.

Huge selection of salads that are very tasty, great heroes and that’s all I can judge for now after my first visit. The staff was very friendly and the pizza looked TO DIE FOR by the slice too:) I can’t wait to go back.

I grew up down the street from this pizza place, and Would usually order from here until we found Pizzarena in West Nyack a few years back. Decided to stop by with a friend though to grab a couple of slices. The kid behind the register was nice but I can see how people have an issue with the older gentlemen there (the owner I believe). While eating he walked right past us, didn’t greet us or even acknowledged us, which was kinda rude. Not the type of customer service I expected.
The slices were okay. I had a penne slice which was a little dry. My friend had a bacon chicken ranch slice which she said was just okay. The garlic knots were too doughy, it needed to be cooked longer. I’ve had their Philly cheese steak sandwich in the past and I’ve found that to be pretty good.
Don’t think I’ll be back. Rather drive farther out to get a good slice and great customer service.

The management here is disgusting. The manager, Mark yelled at me, cursed at me, and hung up on me. I was in no way reciprocating his tone or demeanor. I followed up on food that took over an hour to get delivered. I remained extremely calm but assertive about the delivery time, while he started out aggressive and got even more aggressive. In the effort of full disclosure, he maintains his delivery person came and knocked for 10 minutes but no one answered the door. This is unlikely for many reasons, but even if this was true, it in no way excuses this mans behavior. I have never been spoken to this way and it’s deplorable. I feel sorry for the young kids that he employs that are learning about customer service and business from a person like this.

I have a client at one of the car dealerships, we came for pizza.
really the pizza wasn’t very good and the owner/​manager (he must have been in his early 60’s) was absolutely miserable. He did not even say hello. he really should take up a different job. Pizzerias need to be extra friendly to its customers It is really is a shame. My client mentioned the guy was Absolutely miserable. lol Maybe he can take unhappiness management classes?

Best pizza around! Love it. I have been going since I was a child. Never disappointed

Stick with the Italian food, I guess, because the few sandwiches or wraps we have had are just terrible. They throw the filling on the wrap and roll it so that when you try to eat it, everything falls out. Not really that much of a problem, because the wraps are stale and you don’t want to eat them anyway. They just don’t care, I guess.

Ciceros can be described in one word: Terrible. The management treats you like crap and the pizza keeps getting worse. NEVER order, it’s awful. The penne pasta, however, is decent.

Food is pretty good, attitude from staff and mgmt is terrible. Don’t expect that loyal small town pizzeria feel.

Used to be a great customer, ordered once weekly for at least 2 years straight, needless to say, they knew us quite well. 2 weeks ago I was having a birthday party for my daughter, ordered 2 hours before requested delivery time. Pizza NEVER came. Very uneducated driver attempted to call for directions; gave him directions. NEVER showed up. 12 little girls sat around a table waiting for their pizza which never came. Wound up feeding them ice cream cake for dinner. Driver called from the store 1 hour later, after our guests left (probably with stomach aches from eating cake for dinner), asked if we still wanted the pies. Of course we said NO THANKS. Tonight I decided to order again, forgiving their error. Manager got on the phone RUDELY told me that he wouldn’t sell me pizza because I «refused the order» 2 weeks ago. You decide if you’d like to do business with people who don’t know the value of their customer. Pizza City in Pearl River is WAY better pizza and they are actually nice people too!

I’ve always liked Cicero’s Pizza. They have a nice variety of specialty pizza slices, salads, wraps, subs, and some pasta dishes. I’m a big fan of the ziti slices. The regular cheese pizza is good as well. My parents will usually order one of the subs and the antipasto salad.
