Went here for Lunch after watching the gophers lose in Indiana on the way back to the U of m. Was really looking forward to getting a mcpick 2 but they did not have the offer available as i was told by a snarky woman behind the counter. My friend got an ice cream cone and the guy who made it said it was«probably a little small» but did not offer to make a new one. Not the best customer service IMO. Avoid if at all possible. There’s a nice taco bell across the street.

It’s your average McDonalds. I went here for something on the way home from Wisconsin Dells. Everything felt like your regular McDonalds. The service wasn’t that good. I barely understood one of the employees. The food was served pretty quick though. The food is your average food from Mickey D’s. I had a Chicken McNuggets with a Twix McFlurry. The chicken McNuggets tasted okay. It was nothing too special. My Twix McFlurry was pretty good. They mixed the ice cream and the candy well. All in all, it’s your average McDonalds. It’s nothing too special.

Went for lunch on a Sunday, and it was super busy. The staff never missed a bit and made it through the rush. The customer service was top notch, each associated that talked with me was very helpful. I wasn’t expecting the«thank you and have a great day» but it was said to me and I heard it said to everyone else who ordered. Since it was busy, I assumed my meal would come out somewhat of a mess but still intact, this was not the case. I wish I took a picture of my meal, cause it looked just like a commercial, excellent presentation! And for a quick meal, you could almost assume it would be «blah» tasting, but my Bacon Club burger was delicious. When I went to fill my cup with a beverage, the area was very clean, not even a drip on the counter from the ketchup machine. I am very impressed with my experience at this McDonalds.

Typical McD’s and there is nothing that made this McD’s stand out from all the others. This was a stop of convenience to get a quick bite before heading home from our stay in the Dells. Overall it was a clean and quick place.

Really… a special late night menu!!! So we cant get anything on your menu?! Then when we get to the window we wait for over 5 minutes to get our chicken nuggets and burger?! Granted we had our window open so she could have heard me say, but i stated to my boyfriend«what are they doing? Killing the chickens and cows» and about 20 seconds later the lady opens the window basically tosses the bag of food to my boyfriend and states that the nuggets just got out. Really though… if you have a restricted menu, shouldnt you have that stuff semi ready?! Its mcdonalds not a steakhouse… we expect that kinda stuff. Oh and it accepts cash only during late night… really? wouldnt a cc be easier so you dont have to change out drawers?!

The food was so-so and the prices were outrageous. We ordered 2 Sausage Egg McMuffins and 4 hash browns and the total was $ 13.14. Talk about sticking it to the tourists. Next time we go camping near the Dells I’ll make my own breakfast sandwiches and save a ten spot!

At Exit 92 off I-94, this McDonald’s is right in the middle of resort country in the Wisconsin Dells, with all the associated benefits and inconveniences. First, they have wi-fi access here! At a McDonald’s! Service is very fast and friendly. The bathrooms were super new and clean. The food was good for McDonald’s. And just down the street are Culver’s, Famous Dave’s, the Wisconsin Factory Cheese Store, the Kalahari Water Park and the Great Wolf Lodge. It’s a busy exit with lots of business, tourists, and things to do. But don’t buy your gas here. There’s about a 10-cent markup from going 50 – 100 miles west.
