We always bring a case of their regular seasoning home because it is awesome and not overpowering — always lets the quality of the meat shine through.
Must-​have item here that I haven’t had in years: the beef jerky.
Wednesday they are closed for slaughter and I highly recommend ordering some for Thurs or Fri pickup b/​c they tend to run out by the weekend during the summer months when all us crazy city-​folk come barging through town.
Excellent variety of meat and pleasant service — a great Midwestern business!
