Pizza Hut

Pizza Hut was the place to go. «Was» is the key word here. No more serving at the table. Greasy pizza served out of the pan causing it to cool faster. Dirty tables. It looks like the corporate office doesn’t take notice. Since Pizza Hut made delivery as their primary service, they decided to let the the few dine-​ins go to hell. So disappointing…

Ok I used to Love Banning Pizza Hut. But things have changed. We get there and they no longer come to the table and take your order. There were dirty tables the entire time we were there. One guy came and sat down and watched a game with Plenty of dirty tables with dirty dishes that could have been cleaned. The phone was ringing off the hook and no one would answer it. Guess they were not making any deliveries that night. All I ordered was some wings and its been like 30 minutes already. I would leave but I already paid with my credit card. This will be my LAST time coming here. Deserves 0 stars.

Over priced, had no cups, we had to ask multiple time to get everything we ordered.
No gluten free pizza crust.
Pizza was incredibly greasy.

Let’s be honest Pizza Hut doesn’t have the best pizza but it is still good. If I had a choice every time I would go to guys Italian restaurant and order a pizza but I still enjoy this pizza hut. The environment is good. I can enjoy local reasonably priced food and relax. Customer service is always good which is why I don’t understand all that one star reviews about this place. Patty is the only person that I see regularly and she is Awsome! Other than that I see somewhat new faces every time I come. I would totally recommend this Pizza Hut location. Peace!

These guys are clowns. They wouldn’t even deliver 5 miles away to cabazon. I’m sure glad I called dominos they were more than happy to deliver here and they are 2 miles further away than this Pizza Hut.

I’ve tried Pizza Hut today after 3 years! And I’m amazed how good the pizza is! I’m still eating that I had to post while eating! Definitely coming to dine in more often! The guy at the cash register was friendly and gave us the perfect meal option for my daughter … Personal pizza with breadsticks. His name is Victor. So I’m thinking friendly service plus good food = coming back.

Employees that werent workin, came behind counter, mexican female employee walking around behind counter carrying baby. also ordered food 3 adults baby didnt pay for food. Came inside for lunch with friend, table dirty. vleaned up center tsble 20 – 30 –minutes with food napkins all stacked up just sitting center of table.
I originally worked here as Asst. Manager when Pizza Hut first opened. Back then kept clean, good
employees. If i was the owner i would send in observers during lunch, dinner to see how things are run including free good given away as stated, etc.

Eaten at a lot of pizza huts before, never have I been treated so rudely. Asked about the deals I know are available before paying and the cashier denied the deal saying it was over, and then after pulling it up changed his story to demand that it needed
To be done online. He could have easily mentioned it was a different deal as I was pulling it up on my app while speaking with him. Very very rudely spoke to me as well. Also out of basic condiments like peppers and cheese. Never visit this location!

Horrible experience. My father came in here on Christmas day. He arrived at 6:25, they closed at 7. He ordered a pizza and proceeded to wait. He waited and watched as people came in and grabbed their to-​go orders, with nary a peep. Finally, the employee asked him what he needed. He told them he was waiting for his pizza. The employee told him that they were out of pizza and that they were now closed. Granted it was now 7, but why would you wait till closing to ask him what he needs? And then be rude and dismissive when he confronts you as to why you treated him in such a manner. On Christmas! There’s not much open on Christmas! I work in service and this is unacceptable. A business that treats people this way loses my, my families, AND my friends business. There are other places you can go to. Go there. I know we are.

I’m still waiting for my food and on top of tht… there are two men Co workers staring me and my sister down. can I eat in peace please? No such thing as relaxing… keep that In mind before u eat here

I ordered their 2 any topping pizza for 6.99 each for delivery. When it arrived one pizza was good but the other pizza was terrible the dough was raw. So I called to see if they could send another one but they only gave me store credit. Can’t really buy a pizza for $ 7 at Pizza Hut. Corporate sent me a coupon for a free pizza

Young Hispanic woman working around the 6pm hour, Cashier, was too busy talking to takeout drivers, and not paying attention to the walk-​in costumers. She took her talking to the co workers and then once she took the order she stalled by talking to co-​workers again, and tried to get me to forget my 13.00 change, I guess hoping I would walk away and leave it. But, I stood there waiting, and reminded her, she owed me change. She had frosted hair over dark hair, (chunky gal) Tonight is Halloween, but there were only 2 other customers in the building
when I walked in.

What is up with all the bad reviews on here? I came here for $ 0.60 Wing Wednesday. I ordered online, it told me 15 minutes, and when I got there, my order was ready. Yes the place was dark and there was barely people in there. but who really eats in there anyways? When you order pizza, you take it to go. I took off 1 star because the cashier didn’t open my box to make sure I was OK with my wings before taking it. The one off University in Riverside does, and I appreciate that. Other than that, I had a pleasant experience and my wings were delicious.

Called in for pick up; they lost the order. Wait MANY TOO NANY MINUTES for newly placed order. Will not take credit card. We will not return… manager was uncooperative. Life is short so go somewhere else!!!

I haven’t even tried this place but after reading the comments I decide to leave a bad review as well. You SUCK Pizza Hut.

We go to this Pizza Hut often and service has always been good, food even better. We really enjoy their pizzas. Don’t know where everyone else is going that is so unhappy, put this place has been great to us.

Horrible!!! That’s the best word that describes this place. Ordered a ham and artichoke heart pizza for delivery. Got our pizza, paid and tipped the delivery person. Opened the box to find ham and anchovies! Why the fuck is that even an option?! Not to mention it was saturated in grease. My wife called to complain and to see about getting a discount or refund and she was told that they would send out a new pizza but it would be another hour. Never ordering from here again.

Pizza Hut has really gone downhill. The food just isn’t what it used to be years ago. We ordered stuffed crust pizza, which used to be great, and it was pretty awful. It was about as thin as a piece of paper (no joke) with very little cheese or sauce. The breadsticks were gross but I remember them always being that way really. Wings were very disappointing. The entire staff kinda had a «sad» vibe to them. Not a very friendly place. We were the only people in there most of the time and I’m not surprised. We probably won’t be back and I won’t be surprised if it’s closed down soon.

So I know I left a scathing review about my experience with the Pizza Hut in Downey, CA and swore never to give them business again, my husband explained to me that he wasn’t ready to cut his ties with our favorite pizza chain yet. This time we definitely had cash on us so it was easy-​peasy.
So here is my experience with our usual Pizza Hut in Banning, CA. We ordered online of course and got the Big Dinner Box that came with the two pizzas, breadsticks and wings. It came at the exact time they said it would so no problems there. The only thing i might tell the driver next time is to not ask us to check our pizza at the door. He opened up the box for us and asked us if it looked alright. My only thought was «DON’T OPEN THE BOX! IT’S COLD OUTSIDE AND OUR PIZZA IS GETTING COLD!» We didn’t mind terribly. just kind of chuckled it off. but next time please don’t do that :) Anyways, we took our pizza in, paid the guy and closed the door. As soon as we reopened the box inside, my husband noticed right away that one of the toppings that we were charged for was not on there. For him that’s a huge disappointment as we were working off of our last terrible impression with Pizza Hut. Then I noticed that both pizzas had sauce on it when we definitely asked for no sauce. :(That’s 3 mistakes! So I actually called the Pizza Hut to complain. I was put on hold for a while. got through. and then explained my situation to the person on the phone. They forwarded me to the manager, explained my situation again, and the manager checked the order we made, and apologized for the mistake. They are sending us a new set of pizzas just as we ordered it. THAT is real customer service. I give this place 4 stars! (4 stars because we’re still quite turned off from our experience in Downey. but I was definitely impressed with the great customer service here in Banning). Keep up the good work!

I really dislike giving 1 star reviews, especially when I can’t be funny about them. But this Pizza Hut was actually terrible.
1. Walking in: the restaurant was dimly lit and didn’t feel too inviting. It was difficult to procure a menu to look at… which brings me to
2. Ordering: This was such a sad experience for us (my family). Two of the 8 pizzas they featured on their menu were unavailable… and we ended up just choosing random carbs to try to satiate or stomachs. It was also pretty chaotic, since there were larger parties ordering at the same time. We sat down quite tired immediately after, which leads to
3. Dining Experience: Was overall mediocre. Nobody attended to us, but I don’t think Pizza Hut has waiters. There was some attention given at the beginning, but nobody checked up on us even as we waited a really long time for the food to come out.
4. Food: Was incredibly salty and lackluster… I’ve had and enjoyed Pizza Hut in the past, but this really just wasn’t doing anything for me. :(
