Pizza is fine but service was poor. I’m vegetarian and ordered a vegetarian pizza. When I got home I discovered a meat lovers pizza. I should have checked earlier, but I called the store and the manager said they would associate a free pizza with my phone number. I tried to claim this free pizza today and they knew my name but said there was no record of any purchase or free pizza.
They made a mistake and messed up the correction to their mistake. Getting an order correct and keeping your customers happy shouldn’t be this difficult. I won’t be dining here again unless they replace their management.

I’m writing a review on this location not so much the actual pizza.
The pizza is decent but this location is always super fast. When I want pizza in 30 mins sometimes they get to my house in less then 30. Greek pizza is really good.

Honestly not a bad papa johns if your starving and its 11pm at night and you have no food in the house, the employees are nice, and i’ve always had nice delivery guys/​girls, if they screw up a pizza they always offer a replacement. This place beats dominos and pizza hut.

We order from here a couple of times per month and have consistently been happy with their service and food! Pizza is usually delivered to us in thirty minutes! Always hot and fresh. No complaints about this Papa Johns.

Complained about the pizza from the review above and was given another pizza. It was alittle better but still pretty bad. I guess I’ll have to go with Domino’s and forget about Anchovies. Three strikes and your out Papa John’s pizza. I have had better luck with the Papa John’s Pizza in Yucaipa, CA.
