This was my first time ordering from this place and will definitely be my last. The delivery was more than an hour late. They gave me plain wings when I ordered medium hot. I called and the guy basically told me I was lying and hung up on me twice.

So I order an Italian cheesesteak which is usually just some green peppers provolone cheese and mushrooms but what I received also marinara which turned the sub into tasting like a papa johns pizza. Also the steak tastes weird, almost like murrays steakums but worse. On top of that I ordered the jack fries which I though would just be cheese fries with shaved steak but it was Salisbury flavored steakums. The cheese gravy and fries by itself wasn’t too bad though and delivery time was pretty prompt so I decided two stars.

not only did it take well over an hour for the food, but they burnt our mozzarella sticks to a crisp. I called them about it and the guy yelled at me and told me they weren’t burnt. He then hung up on me. Really? I am a nice and quiet person and I was shocked at how rude he was to me, and I’ve worked retail, so I’ve seen some rude people. yeah, so save your money or order somewhere else.

1) My salad and cheesecake were packed in the same bag as hot food, which resulted in warm salad and warm cheesecake… ew
2) When I order for delivery, I tip well because I recognize the extra effort involved. However, when I ordered from here, the driver arrived and called me and told me to come out to his car to get my food… it was pouring rain. How rude. What was I paying you for, then?
3) The fried food ALL tastes like seafood. Clearly they fry all their seafood in the same oil as they use for the other foods. Gross.
Will never order from here again. Definite disappointment.

Ordered here thinking it was like any other wing stop, but they actually had great service on the phone which was weird. Normally, I’m used to being rushed in deciding what I want, here, it wasn’t the case.
As for the delivery, it took 40+ mins, which they did advise, BUT it was a Tuesday night so I’m not sure why it takes so long
Food, was good. Tasted freshly done, not left over on a heat lamp. Got a chicken sub and fries, along with wings and garlic bread. Mom said the bread was too salty, but she’s a drama queen. She may or may not be right.
