Wells Fargo is on my list of horrible banks but the snootiness at this particular location would discourage anyone.
Unfortunately what they claim is fast convenient service is a huge inconvenience and completely inconsistent with other locations that I have been to. For example waiting for a banking specialist to cash a check drawn from Wells Fargo. Why? Or being constantly asked why do I not have an account with Wells Fargo. If I say I am uninterested, what makes you think my response will change? As much pride I may have in banking with USAA, I don’t like having to justify why I bank there instead of with Wells Fargo.
