If Ms. Joyce can ever keep the same number for longer than two weeks. I would recommend the chopped chicken breakfast. But the wait if you walking in is tough

This place is a staple in the community and has been for years. Ms. Joyce has been serving up breakfast here for a long time. Her thick Caribbean accent would fool you to believe you could get corrmeal porridge or ackee and saltfish but to the contrary only american breakfast is served here.
The place has been remodeled however the neighborhood regulars still hang out on the front. the food is good… nothing i couldn’t do in my own kitchen. the service is slow…30 minutes plus for 2 eggs over easy with bacon and grits. But if you have a tast for breakfast at 2pm and your in the area check it out…

Ok thank goodness they are back in business! Updating my reviews to include that info. Great food and service. Breakfast all day can’t be beat. Miss Joann is a rock star!

Breakfast all day long and it’s actually pretty good, but if your not from west Baltimore or Edmondson Avenue, you probably won’t feel welcome in this spot. I almost froze to death from the ice grills and cold stares from the regulars. These guys had to be regulars they way they were cursing at and arguing with the staff, who just cursed and argued back. Hmmmm? Yea.
