Great customer service with lots of appointment times that coincide with my crazy schedule. I have had 9 treatments and have been impressed with the results, even after the first treatment. The RN’s are thorough and the laser technicians are professional and complete in their treatment services. Even as a sensitive skin client, they have taken pre and post procedure precautions, including treating me with witch hazel, aloe Vera gel and hydrocortisone in the event I get a little red afterwards. I have treated my underarms, legs and Brazilian bikini area. Their services are well worth the money!

My first post was deleted d/​t me putting a name on it. So here is my original post, without the name. I am only taking the time to even post again because I feel so strongly about what HORRIBLE customer service this facility has!

To start off, I did not actually receive treatments here.
I did email back and forth multiple times with a consultant. From the beginning, I asked for a price quote, or at least an idea. She went round and round via email asking me questions. I was initially impressed with her knowledge, but frustrated that email after email she could not give me any idea for pricing. In our last communication, she simply said that I could expect anywhere from $ 100 to several hundred per area, per session.
Absurd!
That’s like saying a meal may have 100 calories or 800, but just eat and don’t worry.
I am VERY reasonable and understanding if she couldn’t give me an exact quote, but to continue our conversation and never answer my question; rude, unprofessional and a waste of time! Why would I consider coming into the office if she has already wasted so much of my time!!!
I gave 2 stars instead of 1 since I do not know the quality of the product. I definitely will be looking elswhere for a more professional atmosphere!

This place is incredible! The staff is amazing and professional! Unparalleled knowledge and experience with laser hair removal. If you go anywhere else, you are very seriously selling yourself short. PLS of Baltimore is second to none. They also have a great referral program and flexible payment options to fit even my tight budget.

I heard a promo on the radio for buy one area get a larger free. I went in for my consultation and they worked out prices for that package as well as buy one large area get two small free. I ended up going with the one they offered me that I didn’t originally hear of because I’m getting more areas for only a little bit more money. The staff was completely knowledgeable and well trained trained. The facility is clean and has top of the line equipment. I had my consultation last week and have already gotten my first treatment in all three areas, it took half an hour and I went about the rest of my day when it was finished. I can’t wait to continue my treatments.

I purchased services as a Groupon to try out laser hair removal. This was the first groupon I’ve ever purchased. They initially tried to sell me more sessions with the guarantee which I declined at the beginning but was going to purchase once I saw results. Typical results take 4 – 6 sessions. After 5 sessions (which I tipped for every one except the last) I’ve had no hair loss. At every apt when asked I informed them that haven’t really noticed any hair loss. At my 5^th apt when I questioned why it was not working I was told that the laser for the prior 4 sessions weren’t up as high as the should have been and it wasn’t doing anything. It was a complete waste of money and a scam because I didn’t purchased the additional sessions and guarantee from them. This was why I wanted to wait before agreeing to it. Next time I’ll stay away from places like this and stick to plastic surgery offices that offer it.

I was told by their sales rep that they price match and would meet or beat the price I am paying now for laser hair removal. Of course she wouldn’t quote me over email though. I specifically asked for restrictions on the price match deal and was told there were none except for deals like groupon. Not a problem. So I went in for the consult with the price of my treatments printed out. Turns out they only pricematch equivalent packages so you have to find another company offering the same treatment areas in an 8 SESSION PACKAGE WIITH A 2 YEAR GUARANTEE. Most companies offer 6 session packages and I’ve never seen one with a guarantee so good luck trying to qualify for the price match deal. During my consult I told her what I’m paying and she came back with a quote for me. It was more than 3 times what I am paying now. Yes that’s correct, 3 times the cost of what my laser center charges. I spent an hour driving there, an hour in my consult, and an hour driving back home for nothing. I wish I could charge them for wasting my time.

Update: I have now had 4 treatments on underarms (my legs got burnt so I had to wait on that) and there is a SIGNIFICANT decrease in hair growth. The 5 o’clock shadow is non existent and I could go 2 – 3 days without shaving and have only a few hairs! This is crazy!!! :-D

Their customer service is terrible! To cut a long story short my appointment was scheduled, then changed two days later, cancelled on the day of and then re-​scheduled for another day. Two days before my appointment I get another call from them saying that they lost my paper work and that they will call me with information ASAP. And guess what, no one called. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If their customer service is so bad you can imagine how bad is their treatment. I am so glad I didn’t use their service. Do your research. There are many other laser services providers in Baltimore.

Just as a heads up to anyone going here: They give you the hard sell in the consult appointment!
I was told that financing was available if I wanted and they would just check what credit limit I could get. I really wasn’t interested, but again «hard sell». Silly me, I gave them my social security number. By doing this, they opened a Premier Finance Credit Account for me without my knowledge! I signed nothing, nor did I okay a new credit account opened in my name! Sort of freaked out when I got the letter in the mail alerting me of a new credit account.
I immediately called the number on the letter to close the account (which they did with no issues). But I am worried how this will look on my credit report.
Be aware when you go in for the consult and never give out your social #! :/
